I’m talking propper snogging with tongues.

Was asked today by my 12yo dd and honestly couldn’t remember! Think it was somewhere around 14 but clearly wasn’t too memorable!

12. Was so awkward. My hair got in the way, our teeth clashed. We continued our relationship for a week. Dates at the local swimming pool. Once we ahem “split up” we still continued swimming together anyway and stayed friends through the rest of school.

He ended up dating my best friend when we were about 18. I also later found out that he briefly dated my brothers wife before my brother did.

We’re friends on Facebook and he’s turned out really hot. I unfortunately haven’t

13. In an alley opposite his best friend's house. He was 15. We went out for nearly 2 years. It was good.

Then redound each other via Facebook 20 years later. Both divorced.
Still together 13 years later.

Just remembered the second boy I kissed his name was Joe, he is 4 years older than me and I still see him at work even 25 years later! He drove me home from my part time job when I had broken up with the aforementioned Kenny, and kissed me in the car outside my parents house. My little sister was playing out in the street, saw us, and ran in to grass me up to my mum! DH found it hilarious that I had dated Joe, he is so not my type.

16. It was my first ever date and he became my first ever boyfriend! All the firsts!

I met him at a party a week or so before and he'd kissed my neck whilst dancing, too. That felt really grown up!

First snog with DP was the best though.

13. Didn't like it much until I was around 15

Sixteen and guess what I married him when I was. almost nineteen. Had a 60th anniversary a few weeks ago.

12 he was an absolute baddun, juvinille detention candidate lol but it was Brill and never regretted it haha. My standards have inprived marginally since then.

About 14 I think. He was an okay kisser. He was the year above in a different school and chased me for years! Not literally chase after me 😂.

Second one was bloody awful. It was so... wet. Just eww. He was such an awful kisser.

It took me by surprise as I was expecting a polite peck and he went for it! I didn’t like it; but following a few further tries I really started to enjoy it. I still love kissing now.

He was also the first (and only) person I’ve had sex with. I married him eventually!

I’ve just realised I’ve never kissed another man. I wonder what it’s like 🤣

13. After I had got very drunk and very sick at a party. Snogged the host then snogged his mate. Then both of them. It was an odd night.

Horribly young with a much older boy who initiated it. By today's standards it would be deemed sexual abuse.

It never occurred to me until recently that it wasn't really appropriate and that maybe he should've known better. He knew it was my 13th birthday.

He was actually almost 19 at the time, but I did enjoy it at the time, so not sure what that says about me 🤷🏻‍♀️

18. Late bloomer!

We’ve been married for 21 years. We did split up for a while though when I was 16/17 so he’s not the only one that I’ve snogged.

With a boy, 12. We used to do “kissing practice” with other girls too. The excuse was to make sure we were good kissers for the boys. Looking back, l’m not so sure that was really what is was about.
