...how you came up with your Mumsnet username?

I've seen some strange ones (one that stands out is JizzPigeon haha, strange is not a bad thing!) so I was curious as to how you came up with your names.

Autumn is my favourite season. Autumn for ever was too long so I shortened it.

Mine's a bit wanky. Love James Joyce and the 'Penelope' chapter from Ulysses was the first bit of his writing that I studied at uni.
Plus also Kate Bush wrote a song with that chapter as lyrics and Kate Bush=life.

I live in the ME and my username is Arabic for "you're welcome".

It was at the start of lockdown, when we couldn't go out anywhere apart from the local shops if we really needed to and it made me think of picnics in the park and sunnier days Still a bit baffled as to what the poster insinuating I was a perv and dodgy, and that I should google was all about lol - think they have ishoos and says more about them than me lol, reallllllly not going to google either lol. Actually your username reminds me of my very early childhood in school. Sitting in the grass in the sun (not UK) making daisy chains and necklaces and garlanding my friends. A happy snapshot of the days when I was happy and still innocent. 🌹
