I definitely felt it when DC1 was 8 and DC2 was 4.

Then we decided to have DC3. I love her of course but I am now in my 40s and realise that point has moved a good distance away 😭

This thread is a delight. Just this morning I was wondering whether I'd ever experience the drive and energy I had pre-DD (1 year old) again. Good to know it's likely!!

It depends how old you will be as to how much energy if you ask me. I am 56 so not as young as 41 when I had ds. Though I have taken up walking now so you never know. Nice 45 mins daily walks.

What a great thread. Gives me hope ! Thank you. to everyone else who is finding it tough. Good go know am not alone, it feels all encompassing some days but this thread is making me excited for the future with older DC.
