About lockdown weight gain

So I was talking to a friend on Zoom and she told me that she has gained a stone and a half during lockdown. I was shocked when I then spoke to other friends and heard the same thing and that I am one of the only ones I know who hasn’t gained weight and used lockdown as an excuse to eat what I like. I am worried about the NHS burden as there are so many patients who have had their treatment delayed due to Covid and the last thing we need is more health issues caused by obesity.
AIBU to think that people should be more responsible? Btw before anyone flames me I am not talking about people who have had a very stressful job during lockdown. My friend said her DH has discovered a love for baking so she has just been sitting there eating bread and butter for 2 months.

I was doing just fine until about two months ago when I fell over a baby gate and broke my ankle in three places bad enough to need surgery. I’m just now able to put weight on it it again and I’ve definitely gained a bit of weight. Want to judge me, op? 🙄

I've gained weight in lockdown and so has my shipper slim husband, both DH and I are frontline keyworkers who until a couple of weeks ago had no childcare and a teething eighteen month old, we're both working opposite shifts, unpaid overtime, catching up on paperwork and reports while our child watches more Hey Duggee than I dare to think about, and haven't had time to queue for hours to get into a supermarket or shop around to get the ingredients I want, and I couldn't get a click and collect or delivery slot for live nor money. So we've eaten what's quick and frankly carb based to try and stave off the utter exhaustion, lots of pasta, things on toast with cheese, sausages that just go in the oven, skipping meals but grabbing sugqry snacks at work to keep going and yes more takeaways than usual. I haven't had time to sleep properly most of the time let alone menu plan and cook from scratch every day as I usually do, and I can't even remember what a gym looks like. DS has still been eating fresh food, sometimes batch cooked in the early hours of the morning. Judge me all you like OP, I bet you're the kind of hypocritical twat that stood on your doorstep clapping us too.
