Mine's asleep on the sofa with his hands on his balls.......his feet are stinking the living room out.

I spend half my life moaning at him but recent events have made me realise there's a lot to be said for a man of simple means who pulls his weight when needed, goes out about 4 times a year and his only annoyance when he's drunk is his habit of wandering round the house for hours on end.

I honestly can't imagine him being a dock and throwing Nazi salutes. And if he did he wouldn't be getting back in my house.

However my experience of people with extreme views like these are that their families hold the same ideals and that Bob or Dave will have proudly told the mrs he was off to make a stand and protect Winston and she'll be completely supportive. And when he finally gets released from the police station he'll tell her that he was provoked and had to defend himself so that'll be that.

thing is, nothing is going to change what passes for the minds of types like this. No protest is going to make them suddenly go 'you know what? Skin colour really doesn't matter!' They have been brought up to think this way and will teach their kids the same.

so women do have control in that we can avoid these types and breed it out. Unfortunately there are women who think the same and will go for these types. If you know any such Neanderthals, stay well clear.

For the record my partner has loads and loads of tattoos and I'm covered in piercings (but haven't been able to get tattoos as much as I would love to) so Iv got absolutely no issue with bodywork as art but that is not remotely what I was talking about!

The only man I know who’s like that beat his wife and kids so I’d say it’s the type of woman who’s just happy he’s out of the house.

So let me get this straight, they're "protecting british history" by doing Nazi salutes at a war memorial where British people who were killed by Nazis are commemorated each November? Why don't they just go the whole hog and use it as a public toilet?
