A Babybel and a piece of ham
Jacket potato with spaghetti hoops and and cheese
A Time Out wafer bar and a couple of rich tea fingers
A banana

I have sausage casserole with bread for dinner.

I'm nosey and interested in other people's eating habits Grin

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs, one slice of toast
Snack: Nakd bar
Lunch: tomato soup, cucumber and carrot sticks with hummus, an apple
Snack: rice cake with peanut butter
Dinner will be chicken and mushroom pie with veg.

Breakfast - mini Maryland cookies
Lunch - 2 cups of tea
Dinner - fajitas

Later I will most likely have some fruit and a bar of chocolate (snickers or maltesers usually)

1 slice Whole meal toast, 2 teasp of almond butter, mini Aldi choc bar.
Bacon roll 2 lean slices , 1 brioche bun, 1 almond biscuit , mini doughnut peach.
3+slices of thin ham.
Chick casserole made with peppers, mush, potatoes, spring onions, dash if white wine, creme friache and peas.
Currently trying to lose weight, so ok

Oh god yes, a chip sandwich dripping in butter would be lovely. I might have a high calory day this weekend and do that.

About to cook steak, chips and green veg. Will also have decaff coffee and may be another choc biscuit tonight.

Now I’m craving all things sweet, today did happy scale ( app that gives you weekly average loss, by weighing daily).
Must resist sweet stuff, well on target today and more low cal drinks

Breakfast at 5.15am was 2 slices of whole meal toast with reduced sugar jam (no butter)

A chocolate chip cookie around 10.30

Lunch at 1pm was a chocolate brownie milk shake and a breakfast brioche bun from the local AMAZING cafe who are doing a roaring trade in click and collect at the moment

Dinner shortly will be chicken skewers with new potatoes and salad

Dinner will be baked chorizo and spinach with eggs (a Joe Wicks thing).

I've cut out sugar and it's time of the month - I'm massively craving the big bar of dairy milk in the fridge but trying to stay healthy.

The cheese and marmite toastie sounds like it might be the best thing I'll ever put in my mouth Grin

Biggish bowel of bran flakes and banana for breakfast. Wrap with cheese, coleslaw, lettuce and cucumber and a bag of crisps for lunch. Just eaten a home made quorn and mushroom pie, new potatoes and peas for tea with a cidre. Probably have a cornetto and/or some chocolate for supper.

I'm technically pescatarian but trying to eat as plant-based as possible and am using lockdown to experiment a bit more with ingredients and recipes.

Breakfast - I normally have a fairly healthy breakfast (yesterday it was a sugar-free chocolate and banana Bircher muesli served with peanut butter, lots of seeds and berries, for example) but today I was lazy and got up late so I just had crunchy nut cereal with milk. Woops. Blush

Lunch - Meridian crunchy peanut butter on seedy brown toast and I sprinkled some black sesame seeds on top. I also had an orange and some of Twinings' new "Dark Grey" tea - yum!

Snack - Coffee and a small slice of a raspberry and lemon tart that my dad made (he's taken up baking during lockdown and I'm not complaining!) with a few strawberries, raspberries and walnuts on the side.

Dinner - Haven't made it yet but it's going to be a homemade chilli (with black and kidney beans, red lentils, red pepper, sweetcorn...) and I imagine we'll probably have it with some chopped avocado and chilli Doritos for dipping.

Breakfast - two dried figs, cereal with milk

Lunch - jacket potato with beans and cheese, apple, had a cake selection delivered from local wedding cake maker who’s lost all her usual work. Started with coconut and lime.

Dinner - Will be spag Bol with extra veggies in, fruit salad and yogurt.

Not the healthiest day to be honest but I keep it pretty balanced over the week.

Drinks: 2x teas, 2 coffees, 1x cappuccino, lemonade, 4 glasses of water.
