Fibre one bar
A Babybel and a piece of ham
Jacket potato with spaghetti hoops and and cheese
A Time Out wafer bar and a couple of rich tea fingers
A banana

I have sausage casserole with bread for dinner.

I'm nosey and interested in other people's eating habits Grin

I don't eat breakfast working from home as I'm too lazy.

No idea what's for dinner - salmon needs to be eaten but we also need to go somewhere later so maybe McDonald's Wink

So far today-
Cup of coffee and a cup of green tea this morning.

An oven bottom muffin with cheese and onion and a handful of pick and mix just now, with another green tea.

Will have cold meat and salad for dinner and probably a glass of wine. 😁

Yesterday was more exciting as it was DHs birthday and we had giant burgers followed by chocolate cake.

Four chicken chiplolatas

Cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, deli turkey, mayonnaise
Bag of Sainsbury's cheese & onion chickpea chips

Later:
Vegetable stir fry with satay sauce

I've been working from home far too close to the kitchen for too long and have had to implement some stern measures. Having the same food every day, or variations on a theme, helps.

So far today I've had:

Yoghurt and berries.
Pan-fried haddock, homemade potato wedges with sweetcorn.
Dinner will be salad with bread.

Drinks-wise I've had coffee and green tea.

so far... black coffee & 40g porridge oats (made with water)

& a sneaky spoonful or two of yoghurt from the tub in the fridge

& baby leaf salad, with a double service of quinoa grains mix, and half a tin of beans

& more tea with milk. Will probably have a banana, apple & yoghurt mix this afternoon, and I don't know what for dinner... maybe soup and flatbreads.

Currently pregnant and trying not to give into some major chocolate/ice cream/cake cravings.

Breakfast: chocolate weetabix and a coffee
Snack: 2 malted milk biscuits and a coffee
Lunch: 2 x fried eggs on toast

Will probably have a banana and a bag of crisps at some point this afternoon.

Tea is spaghetti bolognase, salad and garlic bread.
I might have some natural yogurt and tinned peaches after.

Breakfast was coffee - I'm not good at eating in the morning. Lunch was a folded flatbread with polish sausage and port salut, and a cup of tea. No idea what we're having tonight!

Breakfast - one slice of toast with honey, half a banana, tea.
Lunch, left over chicken stir fry and rice from last night, plus blueberries, raspberries and fat free Greek yogurt
For dinner, I will be having a baked potato with baked beans.

Breakfast- Tea,milk 1 sugar and toasted bagel.
Lunch- Chunky chips with steak and peppercorn sauce with a glass of iron bru.
Dinner- Chicken samosas with salad and sweet chilli sauce.
Snacks- mixed berries and grapes, salted peanuts and a banana

Breakfast:
One dippy egg with two slices of toast (one with marmite on)

Lunch:
Carrot and tomato salad with Pringles and a pomegranate

Afternoon snack:
Homemade chocolate cookie

Dinner:
Stir fried noodles with spring onions and bean sprouts and a meat free sweet and sour pork alternative

Breakfast: Yoghurt raspberries flaked almonds low sugar granola
Coffee with oat milk

Lunch: spinach and eggs on a slice of homemade toast, a handful of strawberries

Dinner: not had it yet but will be tofu, aubergine and other veg stir fry, probably

May also treat myself to my weekly g&t or glass of red wine

S: natural yoghurt with blueberries
L: chicken and Veg soup with crusty white bread roll

Dinner will be Salmon& Pesto Pasta with side of steamed veggies Broccolli, Peas, Carrots
Then late snack may have slice of whole meal toast with marmalade or a crumpet...

Im sure I'll eat all the chocolate in the world tonight. I'm pregnant so I need to try harder. Just quite off my food.

Pesto toastie with a few pringles
A cherry bakewell

An apple squash

Not sure about dinner yet, maybe pasta with a lot of veg. I find it hard to eat fruit as I never fancy it.

Breakfast was two boiled eggs and two buttered crumpets, then black decaff coffee.

Lunch (shared with toddler DS) was a smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel plus toast with some cherry tomatoes, cucumber and wilted spinach.

Had a sneaky creme caramel without DS noticing and demanding half of it midafternoon - slightly addicted to those Tesco multipacks at the moment!

Dinner will be homemade chicken pasanda curry made with yoghurt and ground almonds - lots of onion, mushroom and pepper in the curry to increase the vitamin level for fussy DH, served with rice and peas.

After dinner and DS bedtime we're Zooming some friends so daresay I might pour a G&T and there'll probably be some Hobnobs. Gin

A fairly good day after a giant Pizza Hut dinner yesterday! Halo

Breakfast: Porridge & an apple
Lunch: carrot sticks & hummus, a boiled egg, 2 small oatcakes with cheese, 2 slices of wafer thin ham.
Snack: 3 bourbons
Dinner: About to have macaroni cheese, garlic bread & salad
