Obviously lighthearted but also a dilemma.

We acquired a beautiful set of free bunk beds for our dc from a local selling site. Completely free. We don’t have much to offer in return and the guy looked like a lovely older middle class hippy type. We have a lot of decent weed on us.

I think it would be just what a bloke like him in lockdown would really want but dh isnot so sure.

Those that used to enjoy a smoke but have nothing on them in lock down. Wouldn’t this be a lovely thank you?

I’ve taken plenty of drugs when younger. However if I was dropping off free bunk beds and you offered me weed, I would think you were a bit... well to be honest... scummy.

All the people on here thinking this is so cool: no it really isn’t. It doesn’t matter if it’s legal in a few US states/Canada/NL. It’s an illegal drug here and unless OP is growing it in her loft it is probably linked to gangs, modern slavery and terrorism. Ha bloody ha.

@SerenDippitty Some people enjoy the feeling of relaxation one small joint gives them in the same way some people happily have one drink and stop there.

Both drugs. Both can be enjoyed nicely or abused.

Didnt someone get stopped by the police in lockdown, they said they were working. When the police checked the car he had loads of drugs in the car.

Glad people find this funny I do actually feel sorry for your kids if their parents think it's fine to smoke weed they will too and end up paranoid thick as fuck stoners like many I know.

Lots of people grow their own so not necessarily an ethical issue either.

I used to drink heavily. Now I have a doob every evening before bed. If be delighted to be offered a couple of them or a nug.

As for the pearl clutchers going on about getting second hand beds whilst buying weed, get over yourselves. Far better to recycle instead of them going into land fill. I buy most stuff second hand, even my clothes as it's more ecologically sound.

I buy 2nd hand everything furniture wise. I don't see the point in paying new prices when so many people get rid of perfectly good items.

Do not offer a stranger drugs. He may be outraged and call the police saying you are dealing. He may have a heart condition, be willing to try it and then become ill. You just don't know. Offer a nice bottle of wine or something if you must. Something legal

People always start somewhere. You may be that one person who does use it for medical reasons and who has always grown it, but let's not kid ourselves that you represent the majority.

My grandad grew it so no, I've never bought. He taught me how to grow before he passed away.
