Scrotus' approval rating with Independents is certainly low, but I wouldn't consider it 'catastrophic'. It doesn't always translate into votes for the other major party candidate, as we saw in 2016. If an Independent doesn't like Scrotus, that doesn't automatically mean they'll vote for Biden. They may go 3rd party candidate, write in someone, or not vote at all.

Hmm. “Declines to elaborate” on shadowy “treason” allegations? Trump is still bringing Obama into the conversation - probably to distract his voters from his own problems leading up to the election, and they are enormous enough.
