Intersting post. I think when (let's not say if) he's out in November, a lot of his past misdeeds are going to catch up with him as he will have no immunity from prosecution.
Which is why I think he is hanging on for another term, despite his failing health. Those that enable this should be ashamed.

I read somewhere that there are elements of the impeachment hearings that are federal crimes that he can be tried for... extortion, bribery etc but whether that would happen is another matter. However there's the SDNY into Trumpy which will cause him sleepless nights.

No wonder he wants to win in November.

I am sure when “sleepy Joe” takes the hot seat things are going to set off fireworks giving true meaning to the USA Independence Day! Independence from stupidity! After a day of Twitter silence Trumpy's back to tweeting (defending his testing comments) and on Tuesday he will also be back on the move again. AZ has had a big increase in Covid-19 cases over the last week - so sounds like another smart move.

The figures are generally given as the number of deaths per million population of the country, and for that they are:

USA: 369
UK: 628
France: 434
Spain: 606
Italy: 573
Belgium: 837
Brazil (but they are not admitting what people have died of so they are not accurate): 238

So Steve Hilton is in fact right that the USA is not doing worse than some other countries on the basis of deaths per million.

Overall deaths, the USA is well ahead of everyone else at 122,250. Next nearest is Brazil with an admitted 50,659 (and probably half as many at least again, since they are simply not recording any death of anyone with covid symptoms who has not been tested).

Sure, @AskingQuestionsAllTheTime - except, as Trump famously said, if you don't test for Coronavirus, you're not going to have many cases of it or deaths from it, so those US figures are most probably fake inaccurate.

Those figures might be correct per 1M population but ole Trumpy can't have it all ways. He keeps saying they do more tests than any country in the world.

Golly with best endeavours to stay neutral as obviously not Americano but what has a once proud leading nation become - reduced to a disillusional clown at the seat that counts treating the whole country as if part of the Trump Inc business empire and not only fighting against his own former smarter and reasoned advisors but simply replacing them with puppets who dance to his tune?
