At 8pm tomorrow 26 May my family will take part in this protest.

Not that I think the consequences should end there....but I need to register my disgust somehow at the contempt Boris Johnson and the Government have shown for all of us.

I can't express how appalled I am by this, I know what my family has gone through and I have seen the hardships others have faced; and still kept to the rules for the sake of the public good. The Government's actions have shown how little respect and regard they have for us.

I do hope that others who feel similar outrage join in with this protest.

Get a life for fuck sake.

SpiritEssence · 27/05/2020 05:45

No really wont be taking part in any clapping or booing going on far to long now

Barnabeeboyo · 27/05/2020 06:46

So how did the booing go?

WhoWouldHaveThoughtThat · 27/05/2020 06:52

@Barnabeeboyo - So how did the booing go?

Not so well... boo-hoo.

SheWranglesRugRats · 27/05/2020 07:13

There is zero proof that DC’s son has autism . Another source less Tweet that has become a baseless internet fact.

WTF Really, you think he’d lie about that when it is very easy to confirm? Wow. The left are despicable

RuffleCrow · 27/05/2020 07:17

Did someone say 3 Minutes Hate?!

Yabvvvvvvvu op. Go read some dystopian fiction instead.

Stinkycatbreath · 27/05/2020 07:18

I am sick of anything doorstep related clapping, sales or booing. I won't be taking part I just think its naff and childish by all means crack on but this just smacks newpaper hyped pish.

RuffleCrow · 27/05/2020 07:18

*2 minutes, even.

RibenaMonsoon · 27/05/2020 07:20

Whatever you might think of BJ. He's having to tackle one of the hardest things to navigate as PM. I wouldn't wish that job on anyone in the current circumstances. The poor guy had the virus and was hospitalised while his GF was having a baby. It's all happened at once for him, he's a human being, have some compassion.

You may well find it all "disgusting. But I find the whole concept of this booing "disgusting".

Let's hope you weren't one of those people spouting the #bekind. That would be the icing on the cake.

This will achieve nothing. Except potentially affecting the mental health of a man trying to to his job under ridiculously difficult circumstances.
Well done you! Hmm

"WTF Really, you think he’d lie about that when it is very easy to confirm?"

To my knowledge, he hasn't said his son has ASD.
Guido Fawkes (not Dominic Cummings or Mary Wakefield) has claimed "specific childcare needs".
If he does have ASD, it sounds high functioning from the Spectator article by his mother.

PlanDeRaccordement · 27/05/2020 08:03

But Thursday 8pm, is that not the final clap for NHS? Won’t your boos, also at that exact same time be interpreted as booing the NHS and basically giving zero fucks about everyone who died of Covid?

PlanDeRaccordement · 27/05/2020 08:05

Oops just saw that “tomorrow” was Tuesday. I’ve only seen the thread today. My mistake.

SheWranglesRugRats · 27/05/2020 08:15

What is despicable is broadcasting a child’s confidential medical situation to the entire nation.

hamstersarse · 27/05/2020 08:26

Is it the case throughout your life OP when someone disagrees with you that you throw such a childish hissy fit?

Booing? That’s hilarious. I hope you filmed it and posted on social media to give your friends a much needed laugh

Livelovebehappy · 27/05/2020 08:36

Jeez. More virtue signalling. What will booing on your doorstep achieve? Absolutely nothing - Get a life.

Lynda07 · 28/05/2020 09:11

Did any 'booing' take place? I've not been aware of any booing or clapping round my way during lockdown. Thankfully.

Jillyhilly · 28/05/2020 19:37

Just realised it’s 7.35 on a Thursday. Please god let this be the final NHS clapping.

anxietrist’s screaming on Friday though I am very much behind.
