Oh dear the hole he's digging is getting bigger

Ulver · 25/05/2020 17:02

Boris is lazy and is letting this man run the country.

NoMoreReluctantCustodians · 25/05/2020 17:02

Gary is nailing it

Ulver · 25/05/2020 17:03

Cummings is Making decisions without informing Boris or asking his opinion. That is extremely worrying.

FliesandPies · 25/05/2020 17:03

"With great respect Gary" (thinks of all the tortures he can put Gibbon through when this is over..)

Namechanger0800 · 25/05/2020 17:04

Dominic Cummings has the worst problem solving skills I've ever heard of Confused

Story has more holes than a sieve

Wife was ill but he went back to work- then so worried they'd both be ill he drives them to Durham because he wanted to go back to work? Did a test drive because he felt ill..so then went for a walk? So ill but but could go back to work

Wtf

Not buying it in the slightest

PotholeParadise · 25/05/2020 17:04

On a side note, who makes his car? To do London to Durham, the house to the hospital and back, house to Barnard Castle and back and then back to London without refuelling it must have a decent fuel tank.

I've been considering tweeting Grant Shapps about that. It's a transport question, isn't it?

FliesandPies · 25/05/2020 17:04

Gibbons face is priceless Grin

Cummings is Making decisions without informing Boris or asking his opinion
He is the puppet master, isn't he?

donkeyoatey · 25/05/2020 17:04

What makes him think that being ill when you have to look after a child is an exceptional circumstance? It happens to tens of thousands of people every day! You just have to cope through it some how.

CarolBaskinsSepticTank · 25/05/2020 17:05

Watching him squirm like this is absolute TV gold.

NoMoreReluctantCustodians · 25/05/2020 17:05

Boris should never have let him do this interview. What a huge mistake

FliesandPies · 25/05/2020 17:05

Wow! Jason Groves straight right to the goolies!

PotholeParadise · 25/05/2020 17:06

I love this journalist.

thisenglishlife · 25/05/2020 17:06

This interview is his Prince Andrew moment.

SharonasCorona · 25/05/2020 17:06

‘You blame the media for this mess you got the government into’ from Jason

Ulver · 25/05/2020 17:06

We all had a tough time

teach1066 · 25/05/2020 17:07

So we never had the proper rules then!!! Because I have 3 kids - I was ill with corona symptoms and I could have got childcare from my parents!!!! One rule for them and one rule for another. WE WERE NEVER TOLD. We were told to stay at home. I’ll just check the letter I received from the PM - no, no reference to ill kids there....

HelsinkiLights · 25/05/2020 17:07

Dominic is going to start frothing like Basil Fawlty soon.

FliesandPies · 25/05/2020 17:07

So child didn't need the loo at all on the journey there but did need the loo 30 miles in on the journey back.

Peregrina · 25/05/2020 17:07

I can't watch - what did Jason Groves ask?

thisenglishlife · 25/05/2020 17:08

My wife had corona but has never had a test or a cough or fever. We needed childcare.

LiveintheNow · 25/05/2020 17:08

Mask is slipping, never considered resigning is just arrogant and entitled

thisenglishlife · 25/05/2020 17:09

I did not offer to resign. I have never considered it.

Peregrina · 25/05/2020 17:09

So he made a 30 mile detour because the kiddy needed the loo? Couldn't he have either gone to the next service station or pulled off at the next turn?
