Just that really - would you have quietly stocked up on hand sanitiser? Done something sooner? Taken up a hobby? Changed job?

Not book a summer holiday, and don't leave work and take that retail job.

Guess we’ll say goodbye to it. ( non-transferable.)

If the hotel is closed and unable to deliver you are entitled to a refund - look at moneysavingexpert for advice

Six months ago? Hmmm.

16th November.
I was puking my guts up with Norovirus.

What would I tell myself?
"Trust your instincts. You'll be right."

And buy more Crisps.

Pat myself on the back for getting out of teaching last July. This year would have been properly shit.

Stock up on Lush shampoo bars.

Go down the road to the sushi bar, and get the ramen bowl, because it almost HURTS not to have one for so long.

Don’t get too attached to thrice weekly dance classes as a new hobby, because it almost HURTS to not have one for so long.

But the new bike I'd had my eye on - it's long since sold out now

Also, don’t worry about spending soooo much money on your 30th birthday party in January. It’s the last night out anyone is having for a very long time.

I wouldn't have booked my summer holiday and I might have tried to move job to a community role so I could do like everyone else and work from home instead of working my arse off on an inpatient ward.

Go to my home abroad. Missing my mum and dad and I don't know now if I'll ever see them again.

Not started a full-time job as a newly qualified hospital OT 2 weeks before Covid hit (wanted and should have held out for part-time)
Had my haircut really short, not just trimmed (it’s a pixie cut which now looks like a shaggy mess)
And lastly, not got on my bike 3 days ok to go to work, and therefore, not have fallen off and not have broken my arm - the pain is horrendous ☹️

Encash all equity-based investments and switch pension funds.

My retirement plans are now in tatters and I'm going back to work in July. Not looking for any sympathy - I'm quite glad to be going back because retirement is actually quite shit when you can't go anywhere or see anyone...

Go on holiday. Not taken my 14 year olds on a family holiday abroad by plane. This was going to be the 1st year!

Gone out more. Was stopping in as it was just coming out of winter.

Bought a treadmill and chest freezer

Gone to hairdresser, dentist.

Gone swimming.

Seen more of my parents.

Get a drastic haircut, stock up on flour, and don't start snacking constantly when lockdown starts - or by May you won't be able to do your jeans up 😫

Got a new bottom partial denture, mine is a temporary one and doesn’t fit properly now, only saving grace is that with distancing and a scarf or mask I can leave it out almost permanently

Not booked a holiday beginning of January which has left me £400 down from a lost deposit

Congrats, @CaptainBrickbeard! For a moment, I thought you meant out to my birthday party in my second post 😂
