For anyone not wanting to click on it, the link directly above takes you to a YouTube video where a widely discredited person (Judy Mikovits) states that the MMR causes autism. She then goes on to spout many, many lies on this subject.

There are quite a few doctors coming out to speak now.
Prof. Delores Cahill was interviewed a few days ago.

Dolores Cahill is a proven rent-a-gob who peddles alt-right pseudoscience dressed up as fact. Nothing she says has any credibility.

Maybe allow people to make up their own minds.

The videos and people being linked to are spreading harmful lies. Lies which are very easy to fact check and proven as false.

Why would you believe what they are saying?

She is NOT an anti -vaxxer she says so in multiple interviews.
One of the first signs someone is an anti-vaxxer is that they say they are not an antivaxxer

YANBU OP. There are a lot of doctors and scientists that disagree with lockdown and believe this is a complete overreaction.
I'm sure this thread will get removed, just like the thread the other day that had to do with something along the lines of " are you not worried about losing your freedom due to this lockdown"

KKslider, if you trust the vaccine is the answer, then what is your issue with someone refusing it? Surely you'd be immune if you had it. You'd love to have that choice taken away, wouldn't you?
I would rather take my chances with the virus, as would many other sensible people I know that do not buy into this narrative.

R1R2 the media will not publish anything that does not fit their narrative. There is no more investigative journalism, the news just state what the government tells them.
We haven't been able to find a vaccine for the other corona viruses, but now suddenly, it's being reported as a sure thing.
The fact of the matter is we still have a choice to refuse this vaccine and I will. My children will not be getting this vaccine. A lot of people will refuse this vaccine, but they will not be broadcast of the news and they will keep quiet on this site.
How do you think the people that got the swine vaccine feel that now have narcolepsy and a whole host of other side effects? Vaccine injury is a real thing. A lot of people would rather take their chances with this virus.

Where did I say I believe in compulsory vaccination? Don't make stuff up, it makes you look even sillier than you already do.

I have no issue with anyone refusing the vaccine, crack on with yourself if that's what you want to do, but I do have issue with people spreading lies about vaccination such as vaccines causing autism or cancer or that they contain microchips or whatever the conspiracy of choice is. I also have issue with intentionally unvaccinated people accessing public spaces as this is an unfair increased risk for those who cannot be vaccinated for health reasons, age, or who are immunocompromised.

So you're fine with people refusing the vaccine, but you're not fine with them voicing their concern about it unless it fits with the narrative in your head?

The media have nothing to do with it scientists do not publish papers in the media, they are published to scientific journals so other members of the scientific community can examine and try to replicate their findings.
The media may pick up on them after publishing but thats something completely different.
Its not they haven't been able to find a vaccine and if you did the questioning you claim you would know this. Its that there was no real demand for them SAR 1 burnt itself out and MERS while deadly doesn't spread easily. You can of course choose to refuse vaccines, vaccine injury is constantly abused by anti vaxxers its real but infinitesimally small numbers compare to the conditions they prevent, do you really want a return of diseases like polio? Measles is already in resurgence as a result of the lies spread about MMR.

I said questions all you want, don't get the vaccine if you don't want it, but don't spread lies and misinformation about vaccines. The examples I gave were lies about vaccines causing autism, vaccines causing cancer, vaccines being a means of control, etc.

We are not in lockdown because people want debate shut down. We are in lockdown as it's the most effective way to slow the spread of the virus and protect the vulnerable.

Who do you think these scientific journals are funded by? Who funds the medical community?
Why are all of the doctors and scientists that do not agree with lockdown being taken off of media? None of them have views like this dr with regards to vaccines, they simply disagree with lockdown. And if you did some research, you would find that there are a lot of people in th medical community that disagree with this response.
They don't know what causes autism, but you're positive vaccines don't? Because someone on the news and the scientific community told you?
