Ok so I’m 35, I need to start taking better care of my skin.
So far this is what I’m starting this week-
Cleanse face,
Toner (rose water toner)
Retinol serum
Olay anti wrinkle night cream (For evening) and the day one with spf 30 for day.

So turns out I need to use eye cream as well?? Seriously?? Ugh. But ok, if needs must..
so, can anyone recommend an eye cream they love? Or is it unnecessary?

Previous posters have mentioned facial exercises. Some muscles are too tight and cause lines and others are too lose causing drooping. Exercising the correct muscles is very beneficial, especially if you have had botox because you will have muscular dystrophy. Microcurrent can address these issues.

I used to have a ridiculous routine, but cut it down in the interest of having more sleep in the morning. For ref, I'm 37, zero wrinkles or sun damage. For the poster asking about Niacinamide, Dr Sam's cream has it, and I can't honestly couldn't tell you if it makes a difference . The Dr Sam stuff is nice, and decently priced for the quality, but not earth shattering FYI

@Pinkfrangipani - absolutely right about SPF. At 20, my derm told me that 80-90% of the signs of aging are due to sun damage that shows up in your 40s and 50s. That put the fear of god in me and I've used SPF 50 daily ever since.

AM:
Wash (Dr Sam flawless cleanser, used in shower)
Vit C (Skinceuticals CE Ferulic now, Drunk elephant's is decent too)
Hyaluronic serum (pestle & mortar ATM, NIOD/Ordinary are good too)
-let that sink in while I brush-
Moisturizer (Dr Sam flawless moisturizer)
-get dressed, put on eyeliner and mascara-
good quality SPF 50 (I've used Dr Sam, Kiehls, Heliocare - all fab)
-out the door-

Night:
wash (Dr Sam flawless cleanser)
Retinol 2x a week (Dr Sam flawless nightly serum)
Hyaluronic + Moisturizer on non-retinol days
