I don’t believe he has dementia. He’s always been like this, it’s just that because of COVID we’re getting to experience more of him.

There’s twitching and jerking and swaying in the last 6 months though. It’s not just his speech. His gait is off, his arm swing is off.

He is hugely immensely popular with multitudes of Americans. There would be nothing he could do or say to change that.

I do wonder whether he's mentally ill or simply has some kind of permanent personality disorder which is exacerbated by his position.

A big problem is like people say the only way to get him out is for him to die well yes but he will be replaced by someone he has hand picked who will have all of his views and more intelligence which is horrific

Watching in disbelief - every time you think he can’t get any worse!

I find it compulsive viewing - like any minute, someone will jump out and admit that it's a Truman show type wind-up. But no. The med people are stepping on eggshells. The journalists turn up every day to be insulted. Every night, the conferences become less about what's happening and more of an election pitch. At least he's stopped talking about the Chinese Virus. Shame it's replaced by swipes at 'Sleepy Joe'. He's so dangerous.

I think it’s sad. I know he’s horrible but if he was your dad or grandad you’d get him neurologically evaluated, not send him out for the world to laugh at him.

Watching it on catch-up now. This is his worst yet, I think. The angry rant a few nights ago was shocking, but this disjointed, paranoid rambling is actually quite unsettling.

I feel very sorry for decent, switched-on Americans right now. They must be terrified. We've got it bad with Boris the spoiled chancer and his band of sociopathic Tory weirdos, but this is on another level.

Its difficult to comprehend how insular and poorly educated such a significant swathe of America is. Pundits reckon there is literally nothing he could do to lose the next election. It is truly frightening.

He seems to get prior warning of the spasms though, and sort of braces himself.

He's a big spoilt baby. All he wants is for everyone to say how wonderful he is. He has no idea that Journalists are supposed to question the Government's stance.
No one has ever told him he's wrong. He has actually managed to get to this age thinking he can lie and just because he says it's true we will all believe it. It's all totally mad.

He doesn't get to do his campaign rally at the moment so he's using his platform as a sitting president in the White House to campaign as a Presidential candidate. It gives his campaign more credibility and is very, very dangerous.
