Outside my flat, not the same household and not 2 metres apart. Is it unreasonable of me reporting them.

I think the police will come out. How effective they will be is another matter!
Three boys were playing together over our park during the week. Someone must have reported them (not me) as the police turned up and had a word with them. Police left, the boys carried on playing though!

why does anyone feel the need to ask anything on MN Lockheart?

Its to gain opinion, one thing I did wonder was whether to take a photo but not sure on the age of the teens and it may be inappropriate in that case.

Not to share on Social Media, but to show the police who the people are. not for any other reason, and it would demonstrate their behaviour
