He cheated on me before the pandemic broke out by visiting a site for people looking for Marital affairs . We tried to work things out , but then corona broke out , and we couldn’t access mediation- so we’re stuck in same house taking about divorce / separation. He says he wanted me back then our house got vandalised, by whom we don’t know . I have just found out that he had just joined another dating site messaging during corona lock down so he can make his moves post corona . This was just three days ago.

I kicked him out yesterday on the ‘discovery day ‘ and the day he told our ds that were were going to go our Separate ways

He is in a vacant property that we have together so no risk to anyone except the unfortunate women who may inherit him

OP. Good for you. People who cheat are the scum of the earth. I would never and could never cheat on my wife and I'm always appalled at those who do. Think of yourself from now on and your child too. Gather evidence of infidelity and When this is all done and dusted divorce him on those grounds.

Not sure kicking him out during lockdown is really appropriate.

Making him move into the spare room, fine. Starting divorce process, also fine.

Would clearly be different if you were at risk of physical harm. However, you may have some explaining to do to DC if he comes to harm as a result of you kicking him out during the most unprecedented public health emergency in a century.

Balhammom he is living in an empty house they have. Any risks he takes as a result of moving out are down to him and nothing to do with the OP. He is a grown man and responsible for his own actions.

He is in a safe environment. It’s an empty house . it’s HIM that is putting himself at risk to our FAMILY if he unable to control his wondering prit stick . Corona is within his gift at this stage to minimise

He is clearly moving towards less social distancing . This is not on me if he gets it or any other disease

I totally support you in having kicked him out. He chose to cheat. He didn't slip and fall onto this website. It was a cruel selfish thing to do at a time of such heightened stress and fear and I'm not sure why you are the one who should be thinking about being kind
