Apparently, the name KitKat is similar to something in Japanese that means good luck, happinese, or something like that, which is why they are popular. Each province has it's own special variety, even.

OP - KitKat Chunky Peanut Butter. I was at the shop today and bought a Boost instead. Regret that now.

Disaster has befallen us. Sainsburys have no white chocolate chunky kitkats and have substituted for milk chocolate. It's going to be all out warfare for the last white one. I may hide it and try and persuade DH he ate it already

@PinkSparklyPussyCat I apologise - I was so distraught at the delivery of milk chocolate instead of white I hadn't contemplated the worst case scenario of no kit kat chunkys at all. I have now reflected and counted my blessings (and my inferior but adequate as a stop gap hefty wafer and chocolate treats)
