Does anyone think that Boris Johnson looks really unwell.

Last time I watched him do one of his press conferences early last week I said that Boris had aged 15 years since this Covid-19 came around. I bet he's running on 4 hours sleep a night, tops, and unlike the old goat Thatcher he can't survive on it.

Doesn’t help he also has a virus

I think he should do a daily video if he isn't going to run the press conference. It's a bit worrying when the country is being run by someone who is not feeling 100% and is self isolating.

Every PM ages a lot. With a nasty virus I’m not surprised he looks ropey.

He did look very unwell the day it was announced he had tested positive.

Has he been seen today? I thought he looked breathless the last time I saw him and it was a couple of days ago.

I don’t think he’s aged etc or anything like that - think he’s just sick from the virus. Hope he gets better soon.

Has he been seen since announcing his test result? I was thinking he's gone a bit quiet, for someone so gung-ho, business-as-usual.

I think he looks unwell, I have done since before he announced his +ve test for coronavirus. He's probably oulling 18 hour days, barely eating or sleeping and has done for a few weeks. On top of this, the stress in regards to his pregnant partners health. I hope he's taken it a bit easier while recovering.

As he’s apparently ill right now with the virus it makes sense he looks like shit run over twice. But even without him being actually ill this is a hugely stressful time to be running a country.

If he's got it, maybe that's because in the early stages he was boasting about how he wasn't going to stop shaking hands.

Of course he's Boris, he's been a celeb for years that's why people like him and vote for him.

"Boris" the name, like the deliberately mussed hair (undignified) is his brand. He cultivates this image.

Part of me wonders if he sometimes wishes he wasn’t the PM. I mean Brexit, the floods and now a health pandemic!!
I don’t envy his job. I wouldn’t want to be the chancellor right now either!
I hope he gets better soon. He is positive if nothing else, I think that even if the world was going to end, like Armageddon, Boris would make it seem a lot less bad..!

Yes, Boris was a prick about the shaking hands thing, but sounding so fucking cheerful about someone having a potentially fatal illness is bloody awful. I have just read that a previously13 year old lad has died from this alone in hospital.

Sure, no doubt you could argue that if Boris had been less laissez faire then more may be alive, but to think of this in terms of karma is just sick. The man fucked up. Massively. But this is people's lives we are talking about here.

And I am not even a Boris fan and vote Labour. Just have some fucking respect for this shitty illness and the human side of this.

He also joked about calling emergency ventilator production "Operation Last Gasp."

He does look unwell and did before he was diagnosed. He has still been on twitter and chairing meetings remotely.

It's probably not helping that he has most likely been surviving on very little sleep and eating poorly as well.

I was never a big fan of his before, didn't actively dislike him but I was a bit indifferent to him. I have to say, I think he is doing a good job under very difficult circumstances and he is trying his best to keep going from home despite having the virus.

He's also had Brexit and the floods to deal with since he became prime minister so he hasn't had it easy.

I hope he gets well soon.

It was obvious that he was ill because he forgot to mess his hair up.
