I'm using up some over ripe bananas and have a spice banana loaf in t'oven. I'll post a pic when it's out of the tin. As long as it doesn't look like the dog produced it.

Anyone else got delicious looking pics of food they've made? Not normally something I'm into but I think some of us are probably cooking/baking more than usual.

I cook from scratch a lot but haven't made a cake for a while.

@Madcats I've never thought of using wild garlic. There's loads near us.

I'm tiring to will myself to get off the sofa to make chocolate brownies. Will post pictures when I'm done. Can we have more pictures of people's baking please?

Rhubarb crumble. If you've any fruit to use, this is a good recipe because it only uses 50g each of flour/oats/butter/sugar per 500g fruit (plus 100g sugar if you're using rhubarb).

I made some bread pudding (not bread and butter) today. I had a half loaf of stale bread, some suet, some past their best before date sultanas and plenty of spice. It tastes better than it looks 😊.

I made some woody and buzz shortbread

I've got home made donner kebabs in the oven, attempting it for the first time. Smells amazing just hope it turns out nice and everyone likes them

Home-made Hob Nobs

Yesterday I had my baking hat on. Made a vanilla loaf cake and 4 mini crumbles (2x/apple, 1 blueberry and 1 blackberry)

Loaf of wholemeal bread.

DH had his with (dairy free) custard, but I don't particularly like custard or ice cream.

I made Naan breads, I love cooking & baking & Naan have always been a bit of a nemesis. I just can't replicate curry house naan.

This is the closest I have ever got. We had them with a Cauliflower & Chickpea Coconut Curry out of this months Olive Magazine.

(Please excuse the t-towel, it is clean but had a mix wash accident with some Jean's!)

No one else is keen on it so I got to eat it all 💪 I add raisins in mine as I love baked raisins

I'm not much of a baker (understatement) but I've made apple crumble and banana tarte tatin this week, but was so excited to eat them that I forgot to take pictures...
