Has anyone been able to get hold of them? My flight (internal uk one) was understandably cancelled and they have offered for me to change the flight or have a refund. I would like a refund but can’t seem to do this on the app or the website, I have emailed and sent a message by twitter and tried calling (I am sure my bill is now more than the flight!) but guessing they might not answer the phone at all now? Should I change my flight to later date and ask for a refund when things quiet down?

@HigherFinish, thanks to your advice got refund this morning after emailing the CEO/Head of Customer Service. Took a few days to get an email back and a few more days before refund appeared. But couldn't get through on phones at all. Thanks so much.

So sorry to hijack the thread but I have changed an internal UK flight (meant to be going next week) to July but could I just get a refund now? I've changed it and it hadn't been cancelled so I assume not?

Have just tried emailing the two people noted above for a refund (we should be in Sicily at the moment).... fingers crossed that it will work for us and many thanks for providing those emails....!

I hadn’t booked park tickets, was going to get them there.
My accommodation was booked on booking.com so cancelled that for free.
Had a hoppa booked, cancelled it but have heard nothing regarding refund from them either. ☹️
