Has anyone been able to get hold of them? My flight (internal uk one) was understandably cancelled and they have offered for me to change the flight or have a refund. I would like a refund but can’t seem to do this on the app or the website, I have emailed and sent a message by twitter and tried calling (I am sure my bill is now more than the flight!) but guessing they might not answer the phone at all now? Should I change my flight to later date and ask for a refund when things quiet down?

Don’t wait until the travel date passes!

Email to request a refund before the travel date, else you won’t be entitled to anything at all.

There is no time limit on claiming voucher/transfer specified on the cancellation email.

I tried the 0161 number noted below at 8 this morning and am currently on hold rather than being cut off. Will let you know how l get on!

On hold to the 0161 number.
The other number is just engaged and cuts off.

I logged in today and there was a 'Manage disruption' button with the option of amending booking or requesting a voucher. Wasn't like this yesterday so keep checking everyone. Said 7 days for refund

2hr 11min on hold so far.... I am losing the will. But then I know that's what they're backing on so refusing to give up!

Mummyshark - the request refund button took a day or two to appear on mine after the cancellation.

Now if they'd just pop that refund button back on.....

2hr 50 here.

Their Twitter tells everyone to be patient and that they're super busy.

But surely the lines would be much less busier and easier to manage if they reinstated the refund button online?? If they truly wanted to ensure they get what they're entitled to they'd do that. Clearly they don't really though!

I am not sure I fancy doing this every day for a year just to get my money back!

Someone on Twitter claims they got through in just sort of 1 hour. Started calling the 016 number at 10am. Which would assume they are answering in a random order too!
