I heard him speak twice this week, and both times I thought that he sounded almost confused and not coherent. Not in the usual way he sounds clueless, but actually from a “I think there’s something seriously wrong with his health” point of view.

The thing is that usually he spouts such drivel that everyone takes the piss out of him anyway, but this seemed different. Almost as if he wasn’t aware of his surroundings and was struggling to find the words.

I don't think America are messily their approach to Coronavirus up though, and wish GB we're doing something more like they are. I actually quite admire their stance

Really? So not testing people is a stance to admire? South Korea have tested more people in a 24 hour period than US have tested since this all started. Their average is 1-2 tests per million population. S. Koread is 2,500 per million, we are average in Europe at about 300 per million.

I'm not sure what the US are doing re coronovirus that is good. Although Trump is trying to secure a vaccine being developed in Germany for the US and only the US. He wants the exclusive licence for it. Germany are fighting it tooth and nail, thank god.

He is obviously on something drug wise, he is limited in his reading, understanding and speaking abilities and the day he leaves the Wh will be a day to celebrate. And yes his cognitive functions are decreasing by the day

Now that you mention it, I thought there was something wrong with him the other day when he was in n about the Coronavirus. There were a lot of pauses in his speech.

This. It explains the issue with stairs, the fact he sometimes fails to recognise people he should know and he seems to be squinting a lot.

Erm, I am an American, and had never in my life heard the word "bigly" before Trump used it. It may have common usage now as a piss take, but I'm pretty sure it's never been commonly used!
I call his speeches "word salad". I'm a reasonably intelligent person, but his speeches are so convoluted that I just can't really follow. I don't know that I've noticed a difference between his earlier speeches and now, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's going down the dementia route.

The speech was written by Jared Kushner and Stephen Miller, both of whom are totally unqualified to do this. One is in the Administration because he's married to Ivanka and the other one is on a racist mission. No advice from the Health people or scientists, and I read they were changing it right up until the last minute.

Well he’s and his administration even more of cunts if it’s true that he offered a German Bio-pharma company huge sums of money if they would make the covid-19 vaccine they are developing exclusive to U.S use only.

The company refused (with incentives from the German govt) and said any thing developed was for the whole globe, fired its American CEO and replaced him with its original founder.

The worst of it is that, short of Trump.actually dying, none of this matters.

Even if he became completely insane, his allies in the US congress and the media would simply say it was a slur, and a majority of the American voting public would believe that.
