Quite a pricey one but a snack nonetheless. Not ham that’s earmarked for sandwiches etc.

I like to roll ham around slices of cheese and dip in chutney personally. Often have that instead of dinner (or half a pack of snacking).

Sliced ham is about 160 calories per 100g. Of course a packet can be a snack.

I wouldn't have a whole packet of ham 'for a snack' no. Not ever.

Yeah for sure. I have it often. Also slices of cucumber wrapped with ham are perfection.

I do have it as a snack but limit it as by oncologist friend who is pretty easy going has warned me off processed meat.
