I'm missing it too. Someone posts on a local facebook group asking for recommendations for a local business 🤷‍♀️ why would it need a snarky response?

Exactly...I think I'm just being a grumpy old woman...but I really want to. Although there is no need to. But, I can't help feeling irritated by the post.

Please never request recommendations for yourself for anything then.

@Cacaca ...I'll try not to. However, If I do ever feel the need to ask for recommendations on FB, I will refrain from addressing groups of women as "laydeez" and will definitely not use "wanna" . I'd run the risk of irritating myself even if no one else.

I am a massive pedant and a bit of a snob, refuse to put kisses on texts or use lol, but even I would not be annoyed by that post, given the context and the absolute ubiquity of that kind of writing on social media.
