That Alexa one where the mother lets her teenage daughter repeatedly thump a football against the wall, lit by the thousand suns of her security lamps at 04.40 in the dead of night.

The neighbours must be getting up a petition.

I don't think I am being unreasonable. Which adverts grind your gears?

Knowing someone who actually DID use equity release, and the nightmare it's been for her famly on her death, I want to put a boot through the screen when this comes on.

Not read the whole thread, but Johny Depp Eau Sauvage advert. Why is he wearing thick kohl eyeliner, digging in the desert and why is that bison thing there. In Salford, someone replaced the v with an s in Sauvage on the billboard.

The funeral plans. The woman admiring the death lilies and how much she would like some at her own funeral. Yes, death really will come as a friend.

There is also an animal charity advert about animal cruelty which has preposterous cheery electronic music. What the hell.

I second the equity release ones. I too know someone who did this and when he died his family were left in awful dire straits trying to sort it all out. I think they ended up much worse off financially than they were before he died.

I really hate the low calorie ice cream one with the dressed up dog. It's their faces. I really, truly hate their faces. Are they meant to be cute and funny? They're awful.
