To ask for a handhold?

Hello all,

GoJetterBoy after 2 years of fighting has finally lost the energy to fight, I’m currently sat with him in hospital, having come in a few days earlier for pain management.

I really need a handhold right now...

@gojettergirl - please do keep posting if it’s helping you in even the smallest way. I will be keeping you in my thoughts and will check In on you both and try to support as much as I can.

Oh my heart, a virtual handhold from here. Your little boy sounds like an utter delight. I too have a 7 year old and I cannot imagine the pain and strength you are going through right now. I hope this is not out of turn but one of my favourite quotes is 'maybe they are not stars, but openings from heaven from our loved ones telling us they are happy'. It's always comforted me during grief.
