Hypocrites on social media

I'm sure we all have them on our social media. The people who are preaching to be kind and promote mental health, they also often come online to tell us what a good person they are and their 'good deeds'. I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed that these very people happened to have been the school bullies? And if you see them on the street they continue to glare and ignore you even though just yesterday they were posting about the importance of smiling at strangers as you have no idea the battle they are going through behind closed doors.
One particular person I have in mind who has been preaching on social media since the death of Caroline flack about how words can hurt and to watch what you say before you say it as you have no idea what they person is going through 'if you can't be kind be quiet' yet i searched for her name and flacks in Twitter yday and she has been one of the very many trolls Caroline had. Calling her a 'slag' 'bellend' 'drip' amongst other nasty comments. I don't get it?! Are these people stupid? Or do they think we forget? Do they preach to make themselves feel like better human beings? It's really bugged me! There must be some sort of psychology behind the way they behave?

We have a Facebook group for our neighbourhood and the admins often use it as a platform to have a go at people. Anyone who challenges them for doing that gets banned. They changed the profile pic for the group to 'Be Kind..' I should add that one is a nursery teacher and the other a TA.

@Salene I'm judging her on the horrific tweets that she tweeted Caroline Flack when she was alive (last ones being last year when love island was on) and then coming on SM and telling us all how terrible it is that this poor woman took her own life because of the abuse she has received on SM and by the press. And her last line being 'be kind or be quiet'. She's a massive hypocrite she was one of those very people who contributed to trolling of Caroline and yet she has the audacity to come online and preach to us the importance of kindness and how awful she thinks SM has become. It's disgustingly disrespectful to Caroline and her family and if I was her I would have kept my mouth shut and my head down after this horrific event. So no I'm not as bad as her thank you very much.

It same as all the company's on about mental health it's all lip service pretending they care( it's good on media) they don't

People want to look they care in reality hey don't

I often think I am in the Emperor’s New Clothes being the only one who sees those who look down their nose at others less successful than them, not as slim, or sporty, not as high maintenance looks wise, who make nasty comments about others being told by their peers that “babe, you’re a beautiful person inside and out”. No they are not.
The same people who will comment on photos of friend’s daughters to wish them happy birthday, the prettier girls always get comments about being beautiful eg “happy birthday gorgeous girlie” and the others get a simple “happy birthday”. Teaching girls their value is in looks. They can all fuck off too.
