I know I don't. People always suggest reaching out to a friend or family member but not everyone has someone and the constant reminded of not having someone is awful

Does anyone remember Joyce Vincent? That haunted me - and really made me think. There’s no one I speak to every single day (bar work in the week). It could easily happen to me.

@donkeykong2019 you've nailed it with 'surviving' it's so exhausting just existing and surviving. I want to live and thrive :( like i used to
