Sausages

Catching up on Best Home Cook. People eat sausages every week, apparently. I mean, we bloody love a good bangers and mash, toad in the hole, sausage casserole, etc. We have them a couple of times a month at most. But every week?
This has caused much debate here (mainly from our youngest who would eat them every day if he could). Are we missing out on our weekly sausage fix?
YABU - occasional treat
YANBU - weekly banger-fest

The sausages I buy are very heavy and dense. About 10 pounds a kilo which is indicative of the quality. They are worth every penny.
They do a South African sausage that my husband adores because it reminds him of his time there.

A truly artisan butcher sausage is a feast.😛

Weekly meal here. Naice ones from the butchers.
Week 1 - toad in the hole
Week 2 - bangers and mash
Week 3 - sausage, veg, canelloni bean stew
Week 4 - sausage meatballs
Sometimes we just have sausage, egg, beans and toast.
I love sausages.

We have them maybe once a month. Very regular processed meat is a cancer risk, however naice your sausages.
