@TriangularRatbag night one, B parked in M and they all had a big bitch. Night 2, she was most put out that she only got space 1.

Quote of the day today was a white van man saying "yeah but is it touching" when B challenged about parking too close to her.

She struggled to get into 1 last night so heaven help her tonight.

Yes OP can you peep through your curtains and give us a current update of who is parked in their drive and who has got the spaces? I'm thinking B and Mr & Mrs K are still to park their cars for the night? I might have to re-print the diagram as it's covered in scribble from updating the positions from your posts. Loving this thread - it seems to have united even the hardened cynical MN's who are so quick to post horrible responses. Only a slight 'skirmish' so far as I can see. I feel deeply aggrieved.

Despite living in a narrow road with not enough parking, and people sometimes having to park in adjacent streets, no-one ever fucks about in a fashion anywhere near as interesting or amusing as Betty Batshit.

A couple of more threads and I'm heading in from the US with 49 of my closest friends, all dressed in Hawaiian shirts with cameras/phones at the ready. We'll hire a huge bus, park in the middle of the street, and head straight for B's, squeeling, "Omg, OMGawd, it's you, it's YOU! Can I get a picture? We just love your work!"

I want to give everyone names. I'm not sure who lives alone and which are couples so I'm giving each house a male and female name. Albert & Ann, Beryl & Boris, Colin & Cath, Dave & Doreen, Eric & Eve, Fred & Faye, George & Gillian, Henry & Heather, Ian & Ivy, Jim & Jane, Kev & Kit, Larry & Lou, Martin & Maureen, Norman & Natalie. I can picture them all better now.

I'm gutted we dont have parking wars on our boring street. Although my new next door neighbour did once knock on my door and ask my mum to move her car from in front of his house so he could park. We have loads of on street parking, I tokd him no, she was busy and he parked elsewhere. The End. He does play music loud enough to wake the dead when he gets home from the night shift at 6.20am and proceeds to sit in the car for at least 15 minutes with it blasting out before he goes in. I'm thinking of sending an anonymous letter....
