Started a new thread on the off chance () that something funny might happen in my street later. Maybe around 10pm...

Diagram below for the handful of people in the country that haven't printed it off yet...

@MaggieFS ooo you must have missed an update. Post school run, B claims 1/2 back and C is relegated to 2/3. C is out again so there may be a war between C and D later but that's much more passive aggressive.

OP posts:
MaggieFS · 31/01/2020 13:53

Ah, thanks OP, I'd missed that. I do not understand why C and D are at war with each other when neither would have a problem if B parked properly. They should collude!

Weedsnseeds1 · 31/01/2020 13:55

Mauritius - technically Africa but it is in the Indian Ocean, so could represent Asia by proxy?
For full disclosure I got back this morning, but was watching the old thread in the evenings after work

originalcatlady · 31/01/2020 14:00

@sunshinesupermum oh not necessarily. They go out at weekends. C and D go out at weekends. There's lots of movement. Just depends on who does it in the right order...

RainbowAlicorn · 31/01/2020 14:06

I can't believe B has cheated and gotten a lift to work, how dare she ruin our fun. 🤣

sunshinesupermum · 31/01/2020 14:07

Thanks originalcatlady will lay in the popcorn and copious cups of coffee in anticipation!

Plumpplums · 31/01/2020 14:11

Whoa Mrs B has just upped the ante. How long can she hold steady. Does she work weekends originalcatlady?

originalcatlady · 31/01/2020 14:16

The only person on that side who works weekends is C and it's not her weekend either. We may have some fun yet!

I will freely admit that I regularly collect my kids on foot from school (much to their great annoyance the lazy feckers) to annoy my evil next door neighbour so that they can't use up the space outside MY house when they get home from work... they seem to think they're entitled to it because they have two cars and are too lazy to walk ten extra steps to park further down the road... and parking is not even a problem - there is loads!! (Disclaimer... I know I'm not entitled to it either but given there is a long history of them being utter dicks to us it gives me a little bit of pleasure knowing how much it pisses them off)

Plumpplums · 31/01/2020 15:03

Simply marvellous OP < < < said in my best Margaret Rutherford voice

TooTrusting · 31/01/2020 15:20

Has no one else noticed that sunshinesupermum is lying in the popcorn? Could someone pop over to help her (but not park outside her house)?

SuzieSunshine · 31/01/2020 15:22

Does Mr B ever go out?? Can he even drive let alone park?

sunshinesupermum · 31/01/2020 15:31

*tootrusting" I've plenty to share, laying or lying! I also have a garage under my block of flats so no parking problems to air but I used to live ina street just like OP's and my NDN and I had similar battles sometimes usually at school pickup times!

originalcatlady · 31/01/2020 17:12

Mr B does not drive. He goes to the shop and such but is retired.

C made a fatal error. She was being kind to D and parked close to B so there was space for him. He parked on her bumper. She'll need to fly to get out of that one.

So everyone is squashed bumper to bumper into half of 1, 2 and 3 just so B can be by her front door 🤣

Mr and Mrs F are still off having lives somewhere so I think you can all have an early night (and prepare for the weekend fireworks).

OP posts:
sunshinesupermum · 31/01/2020 17:14

But Mr and Mrs K?

originalcatlady · 31/01/2020 17:17

Oh I meant K. F are firmly in 4. Sorry for the confusion!

Again, no space for them when they return from their jollies!

We need to find out who Strange Cars are...

Jojo2wyatr · 31/01/2020 17:33

Mrs.B has done us all a favour....she has just added another chapter to the Alphabet Streets book....she's quite crafty, that one! That slick manoeuvre caught us all off guardGrin
By all means, weedsandseeds , Mauritius in the Indian Ocean is a very important addition to our global tracking of the Alphabet Street saga's trip round the globe. 🤣

DanceItOut · 31/01/2020 17:39

That was sneaky of B. Although that begs the question of her long term plan. If she's just going to get lifts everywhere so that she doesn't lose her parking spot and never move her car then she may as well not have a car at all...

Jojo2wyatr · 31/01/2020 17:45

Dear OP, but is C touching B and is D touching C?

Greenkit · 31/01/2020 17:53

Love this thread

originalcatlady · 31/01/2020 17:54

I just had to "attend to the bins" to confirm that D is indeed touching C. C is not touching B.

C bought her car last month. It's so special to her that she spends hours sitting in it. She may not be too pleased.

Shamelessly place marking Grin

CoolcoolcoolcoolcoolNoDoubt · 31/01/2020 18:05

I love a good unproblematic thread!

Not even noticed any mardy arse thread policer come along and tell us all to get a life 😁

originalcatlady · 31/01/2020 18:05

I was thinking the same!

OP posts:
TossACoinToYourWitcher · 31/01/2020 18:24

Any chance C could get a dropped kerb and a driveway? That would blow B's mind surely?
