I’ve been on MN since September so still fairly new but I’m obsessed . I am always reading AIBU’s but I’m hooked on the chat section, and I have read some funny stuff over the last few months . Just wanting a laugh really so if you’ve been on here a while , are there any particular threads that have stuck with you ?

The hedgehog cake thread is my absolute favourite on here, I know everyone says about "waking toddlers" and "spitting tea out" but I did genuinely cry at that oneGrin

tatasa · 02/12/2019 12:12

@Aquamarine1029 laughed so hard reading this while waiting to pick up kids from school, my kids thought I had been crying when they jumped into car. Thanks for the laughs.

Who could forget public changing-room mummy who stripped naked and did a little dance whilst playing the pan pipes to entertain and soothe her young child? Grin

Happyhusband · 02/12/2019 12:26

Naked man in male changing room is hard to beat for sheer stupidity of outrage.

thiscouldbethehill · 02/12/2019 13:05

My kids father fed them badger. Awesome.

wrongsideofhistorymyarse · 02/12/2019 13:09

'your minge!'

PotNooodle · 02/12/2019 13:12

@counciltax

What else did that author write? I can’t find anything else other than Sistine Chapel!

I remember 'DH walked in the bedroom and startled me'
What happened to the one where the OP said strangers had arrived at her door with suitcases saying that they had come to stay. Her DH was a policeman I think

Inebriati · 02/12/2019 19:44

I just remembered the one where the OP said they had been hospitalised after drinking salt water, which was recommended as part of a keto diet.
IDK if they actually had, or if they were making a point about stupidity. Or were a troll.

BlanketTime · 02/12/2019 20:31

Does anyone remember the one where a woman was saying her and her husband live in a house so large that they don’t see one another for weeks at a time?? I think it got deleted eventually.

There was willy willy willy too.

BlanketTime · 02/12/2019 20:32

Oh and something about a woman’s husband got his leg stuck down a toilet in the hospital and the room flooded??

jillowarriorqueen · 02/12/2019 20:34

The post-coital penis dipping glass on the DH's bedside table.

KatharinaRosalie · 02/12/2019 20:51

OP's tenants were not paying rent. Another poster insisted most firmly that OP should simply give them the house, as clearly she has a house she's not using herself.

SpamChaudFroid · 02/12/2019 21:15

There was one about 5 years ago where someone posted that they could see their neighbour watching a group of shagging cats with a big smile on his face, and that he was masturbating while doing so. They didn't even seem that shocked and just kept on updating.

God I hope somebody remembers the thread and it wasn't conjured up from my imagination.

StillCoughingandLaughing · 02/12/2019 21:31

I remember the wanking monkeys that needed a warning sign Smile

NurseButtercup · 02/12/2019 21:48

Does anybody remember the thread about why you shouldn't leave washing outside overnight? The explanation given was because spiders will wipe their Willy's on the washing... LoL

Meggie2008 · 02/12/2019 22:15

I will never get over the snapped and farted. I came across it recently and sent the link to my best mate and the pair of us were absolutely roaring.
I laughed so hard I was in years and put myself into an uncontrollable coughing fit 😂

ItsNovemberNotChristmas · 02/12/2019 22:21

I never got snapped and farted, thought it was a typo. Either way I didn't find it funny.

Softzilla was strange, and got quite scary for OP

divafever99 · 02/12/2019 22:34

Elderly Korean lady in the garden, I can't actually remember the full story so will look it up!

StillCoughingandLaughing · 02/12/2019 22:42

I never got snapped and farted, thought it was a typo. Either way I didn't find it funny.

I think people found it funny because they assumed it was a bizarre typo and no one could work out what it could possibly have meant - and the OP kept ignoring requests to explain. Eventually she threw in a comment about having IBS and carried on with the story, like it hadn’t been a big thing.
