I'm fairly sure Jo Swinson's own unshakeable regard for Jo Swinson means she thinks any other opinions are pretty irrelevant. She genuinely does seem to think she's going to be the next Nick Clegg, as it were.
I dislike her as I don't trust her, in the light of her voting record and her body language. The mouth can say what it likes. Body language is much, much more revealing as it's harder to conceal, even when you've had training.
I don't trust the Lib Dems as far as they could be thrown, in the light of their having leapt into bed with the Tories because Nick 'n' Dave appeared to be having a bromance. Just look at the body language whenever they were near one another if you don't believe me.
They have ONE policy. Remain. Anything else will be coloured, once they've worked out who's winning, to give them the maximum chance of stalking the halls of power again. A bit like the Percy family at Bosworth....
I'm an ardent remainer but personally I'd rather have a sensible Brexit policy (retaining trading rights, worker protection and the freedom to move around) under a Labour government than put my vote in the Yellow Tory box.
