Just that.
Although he is being asked the wrong questions.

I am at a loss as to how you believe I am defending him. I am just aware of the difference between what I know and what I theorise.

Well you’re the only person on the thread who’s confected batshit theories to exonerate him. Looks like defence to me.

WineOrGinOrBoth · 18/11/2019 09:26

I don’t know @EntropyRising I’ve had to break up a dog fight & used my walking stick so I could sort of see how it could happen. Bit different thought as it was a big dog going for a small one.

doritosdip · 18/11/2019 09:29

. I think it’s likely that Epstein himself never gave a young woman money for sex, and the language was that of “little girlfriend” and “favours”.

Virginia says that she was paid $15k after sleeping with PA. He might have called it wages as the girls were masseuses/assistants

churchandstate · 18/11/2019 09:29

It’s not. It’s a simple recognition that we don’t know what happened, outwith a few proven facts. If that reality defends him, it’s not me defending him, it’s reality.

churchandstate · 18/11/2019 09:29

doritosdip

True, but do you believe Epstein physically handed her the money?

doritosdip · 18/11/2019 09:30

Windsor Week 😂👍🏻

churchandstate · 18/11/2019 09:31

EntropyRising

The point is that we can infer that but at the moment nobody can prove it. We don’t know it happened. It looks likely, absolutely, but that isn’t the same as fact.

EntropyRising · 18/11/2019 09:31

True, but do you believe Epstein physically handed her the money?

Why do you think this matters?

churchandstate · 18/11/2019 09:33

TiddlerontheRoof

I’m not. I think he’s undoubtedly a complete lech, probably a moron and very likely he has used the services of what he thought were sex workers and were actually trafficked girls. That’s what I think. I am not defending him other than to say I can’t prove it, and nor can anyone else.

churchandstate · 18/11/2019 09:33

EntropyRising

It would matter in court, so I think it matters.

doritosdip · 18/11/2019 09:35

Epstein would definitely have a complicated web of companies so that the money looked official or couldn't be traced easily.

There won't be many PA lookalikes in the world and presumably they'd be easy to trace as they'd be working at a celebrity lookalike agency. Then you'd have to convince them to rape someone 3 times and allow to be photographed.

WineOrGinOrBoth · 18/11/2019 09:36

Another thing - he could easily have had girls/women have Sex with him because he was a prince. I don’t get how he could be so so stupid to have sex with a trafficked girl. Just how low do you have to be?

churchandstate · 18/11/2019 09:39

That’s not how I envisaged any deception taking place, but let’s leave that now as I was not presenting it as a likely turn of events anyway.

Hotwaterbottle01 · 18/11/2019 09:41

The dog beater is Prince Edward.

I don’t think Andrew came off well in this interview at all.

AJPTaylor · 18/11/2019 09:46

Royal family are lecherous old goats who sexually exploit young women.
Hardly new but it's seriously time for them to seriously chop anyone not in direct line of succession out if they are going to survive beyond the queen.

Roussette · 18/11/2019 09:48

churchandstate so not only do we have a prince andrew lookalike who sleeps with VR, to ensnare PA, but Epstein also completely removes all his furnishings and ornaments when PA comes to stay.

These are ridiculous assertions of possibility.

isabellerossignol · 18/11/2019 09:48

I had only seen clips and thought it would be best to watch the whole thing. His body language! The arrogance was dripping out of him. He might as well have given an hour long interview saying 'I don't think I should have to answer to the little people'.

Roussette · 18/11/2019 09:50

That’s not how I envisaged any deception taking place, but let’s leave that now as I was not presenting it as a likely turn of events anyway

Why even say it then? It is beyond the bounds of possibility in the justification of prince andrew and his shenanigans.

halcyondays · 18/11/2019 09:50

It seems he has no royal engagements listed for the next few months. Will his charities still want him, especially women’s and youth charities?

The royals do have form for casting out members, Edward VIII for one.

dogsdinnerlady · 18/11/2019 09:51

Roussette...you are forgetting the aliens theory. Just as likely.

Roussette · 18/11/2019 09:57

Ahhhh yes the aliens dogsdinnerlady.

I'm still getting over the fact I have agreed with Piers Morgan on something. He took Lady Colin Campbell to task on GMB about her defence of paedophilia and Epstein.

I won't ever agree with him on anything ever again, but this time he was right.

churchandstate · 18/11/2019 09:58

Roussette

Do you want to discuss this seriously? Okay.

No, it’s not ridiculous that a billionaire with multiple properties would find the means to move some paintings and statues. At all. He had a large staff who were used to him moving around. I don’t find that to be an impossible reach.

With regards to a ‘lookalike’, that’s someone else’s word, not mine. I don’t believe this is what happened, or that it’s likely, but do I believe it’s possible that a drunk or drugged teen was introduced to someone she was told was Prince Andrew? Yes, I do. Do I believe it’s possible that a drunk or drugged teen suffered memory lapses, or was mistaken when she said it was Prince Andrew? Yes, I do. She isn’t British. She wouldn’t have had access to the internet. She might have met him once or twice at clubs and in the dark. Is mistaken identity possible? Yes, I think it is.

Doubleraspberry · 18/11/2019 10:01

But there’s a picture of him and her together, in bright lighting?

EntropyRising · 18/11/2019 10:01

I won't ever agree with him on anything ever again, but this time he was right.

I think you and Piers are off to a great new start.

isabellerossignol · 18/11/2019 10:05

'oh, it's definitely a photo of me. But I'm not sure whose hand it is' Hmm
