A combination of Cycling and dogging the mind boggles

Wouldn't that just be.... watching other people cycling?! Grin

chocolatemademefat · 07/11/2019 01:07

The wanky punctuation threads. Stick your misplaced apostrophe up your arse.

The just had a baby and don’t want visitors for 6 months. Hibernate for life for all I care.

The breast is best ones. No one disputes that - just don’t be so smug. Some of us for many reasons couldn’t do it and oh look - our babies survived!

BuzzShitbagBobbly · 07/11/2019 01:20

People who instantly cry transphobia and all the other textbook list of "shut up" insults to stifle women discussing their own rights, spaces and bodies only ever serves to make more people wonder what's going on.

You can scream/threaten/slur at us all you want, but you won't stop feminists being pro women first and foremost.

And also, trans women are not female, however many capital letters you shout it in. They are biological males who (for varying reasons) prefer to present in stereotypically feminine ways. Stop being so ashamed of it and encourage men to accept a wider range of "men-ness".

TulipCat · 07/11/2019 01:38

"Sorry for the long post...." Rambling, waffling that could be summarised in a tenth of the words.

Slappadabass · 07/11/2019 02:13

'Am I pregnant'

Then lists a ton of symptoms.
Just take a pissing pregnancy test, you can pick them up for less than £1. Some randomer on MN hasn't got the foggiest if you are pregnant or not Hmm

Slappadabass · 07/11/2019 02:17

Oh and 'Handhold please'

I mean most the time they have a very good reason to post and genuinely need some support, it's just the saying 'Handhold Please' Yukk!

Morosou · 07/11/2019 02:53

Talk me down.

JenniR29 · 07/11/2019 03:03

Anything I just know the anti-vaxxers are going to pounce on. Two in the matter of two days now!

SuperMeerkat · 07/11/2019 06:24

Am I pregnant? 🤦‍♀️

I just want to scream... ‘i’m not bloody psychic, go and buy a pregnancy test!!!’

NoSauce · 07/11/2019 06:37

"Sorry for the long post...." Rambling, waffling that could be summarised in a tenth of the words

Fucking yes. And most of them have no paragraphs. 😠

MerryDeath · 07/11/2019 06:49

all the ones about men, their texts etc... anything to do with early days of meeting someone, OLD, social media etc. agonising over someone known for 2
months instead of just dumping him.

I'm obviously an old dog because to me it's so bloody obvious when someone is no good and you should jus count yourself lucky you can delete a phone number and comprehensively move on with your life. it wasn't when i was younger though so IABU i am aware!

Charley50 · 07/11/2019 06:55

Anything with the word 'livid.'

Boireannachlaidir · 07/11/2019 07:51

The ones in S&B that start "I'm nearly 40... can I wear...these boots/skirt/hairstyle etc? Or those that refer to themselves as "looking like mutton if they wear x, y or z".

Ugh. Yes you can wear clothes and you don't need to use derogatory words to describe women or be ageist.

SpiderCharlotte · 07/11/2019 07:58

Stop being so ashamed of it and encourage men to accept a wider range of "men-ness".

Never thought of it like this before and I wholeheartedly agree @BuzzShitbagBobbly.

SpiderCharlotte · 07/11/2019 08:01

Anything in upper case. Doesn't make it true ya know.

Whatwouldbigfatfannydo · 07/11/2019 08:34

TRANS WOMEN ARE WOMEN

Yep, shouting definitely makes it true. Wink But, if that's the case then transphobia doesn't exist surely? If men are actual women then they aren't trans anything? Hmm

I mean, if you ever found yourself on the wrong side of the criminal justice system, I'm sure you'd feel very comfortable being prison with a male paedophile and sex offender like Karen White as his rights are so much more important than yours!

Also the LGB community are well supported over on FWR (particularly the lesbians who are being told they should accept a 'lady-dick').

It's not phobic to side with science. The misogyny is pretty extreme here.

The ones that piss me off are the virtue signalling, pearl clutching ones about the "transphobia" on the site that utterly dismiss the reason we have sex segregated spaces in the first place.

That's ok though, continue telling female victims of male violence that they shouldn't have protected, safe spaces because the men said so!

PortiaCastis · 07/11/2019 08:54

The SPAG police are so smug and create a I'm better than you vibe which makes dyslexic posters feel awful and run a mile. There was a thread a few days ago where an OP needed help with something but the very first reply she received wasn't offering advice but was from someone who felt the need to be superior and pounce on her grammar.

derxa · 07/11/2019 09:59

Any goady (made up) vegan threads which turn into farmer bashing.

TRANS WOMEN ARE WOMEN, stop referring to men getting into women's spaces.

That's your personal opinion. Not mine, or in fact many people's. Mine is reality based. HTH

And this isn't actually a particularly lighthearted thread, it's really quite nasty in places. I think these type of threads sneering at other MNers without giving them a right to defend themselves meet the OP criteria for me.

Needtogetmyselftogether · 07/11/2019 10:08

The illiterate types —from NetMums— whose posts are non-punctuated gibberish wittering on about ‘we was’ ‘he’s son is a devil child’ ‘should of seen this coming’ ‘could of but we was round the house and there kid were crying’. For fucks sake. Just stop it. If you want people to provide support and information, at least put a primary school-level of literacy in your wall of text.

Wow, any thread started by you.

Also the feminist chat makes me cringe, I don't go there.

Aren't you a delight!

Aren't you a delight!

Exactly. And that wasn't even the question. The question is: "Threads that piss you off the minute you see the title".
