If who they are is female inside (not biologically before anyone says) why would they want to be in the mens?
Their body presumably wouldn't match up if they'd undergone surgery and was transitioning to female.
The transmen, what about them? Going by your logic transmen should stay in the ladies, men shouldn't have to "budge over" for them.
How does that work if you got an extremely male looking transman?

Hey, not all older people aren't open minded, this older one reads and learns, maybe doesn't agree with everything but certainly open minded enough to know my experiences aren't the be all and end all like some on here do, can't imagine what it's like to be so closed off.
Rather be open minded and listen to other views and opinions than some of the rigid, intolerant stuff on here

I am open to thinking that there are people experiencing real distress that they don’t feel they fit with what they think their biological gender “should” be like
But I am also open to thinking that the (possibly) unintended consequences of trying to be nice and inclusive and accommodating to that very small minority of people is impacting negatively on female only spaces, women’s rights and lesbians.

And regardless of all that, Sam Smith coming out with this comes across as attention seeking I’m afraid
