I'm obsessed with knowing what people have to eat/are going to eat. Breakfast I want to know, snacks, lunch, dinner it all. I don't know why I love the information - don't even want to make it myself just curious.

So dare I ask - what have you eaten?

YESTERDAY -
Breakfast - a sourdough bagel, butter and thin shavings of cheddar
Lunch - Breaded crispy prawns, rice, seaweed
Dinner - mushroom stroganoff (made in a vegan way with coconut milk), small portion rice, beef brisket and broccoli
Snacks - 1 x chocolate biscuit. Not like me I snack WAY more than that usually!

TODAY -
Breakfast - Bircher museli with grated apple.
That didn't cut it though so I had a fried egg on toast.
That didn't cut it either so I had another friend egg on toast!
Lunch - ate a late lucn after that breakfast but we all know I should have skipped lunch - a chicken & mayo sandwich
TEA = not had it yet but will be fish n chip tea, with more wine than I should but it's FRIDAY!

Milky coffee

A few bites of scrambled egg and a forkful of curry instant noodles.

Packet of Worcester sauce crisps. An apple. Carrot sticks. 2 eclair sweets.

Crusty white loaf, few slices toasted with butter and cheddar cheese.

Beef sausages, beans, petit pois and potato smileys Blush

Lots of water. Cup of tea.

Bit of a weird day as feeling stressed.

L- banana and a mixed salad with olives, marinated peppers and guacamole

Cup of almond milk coffee and half and apple

D- roasted pumpkin/squash of some description with mushroom and lentil bolognaise

Baked nectarine with macadamia nuts and dates

Breakfast - half a banana, half an apple, a scotch pancake with cream
Lunch - chicken panini with salad, yoghurt, few celebrations chocs
Dinner - roast chicken with trimmings, another yoghurt

Bit repetitive but never mind.

Spinach omelette.
Dh is making a delicious black eyed bean curry. I keep nicking tastes of it. Can't wait.

Today I had:

Breakfast: Skyr yogurt and a small protein shake; cup of tea
Lunch: Sweetcorn chowder and a bread roll from Pret; Diet Coke
Dinner: Poached chicken breast with chorizo, kale and cannelini beans
Snacks: Toast, another protein shake

Scrambled egg on toast for breakfast, chicken and tomato roll and crisps for lunch, dinner chicken curry. Snacks at least four homemade blueberry muffins. Also had an orange, loads of water and about 6 cups of decaf tea...doesn't look that great written down!

Bf I had 35g of Aldi granola and 100g of Aldi full fat greek yoghurt with honey

Lunch I had a tortilla pizza, so basically a pizza made with a wrap for a base, with chicken and mushroom on it.

I had half a banana, half a packet of pom bears and a snowball marshmallow thing around 4pm

Tea I had 150g brisket, 150g bake potato, shit loads of broccoli and carrots

I'm going to have 40g of kettle chips in a bit. I'm calorie counting hence the measurements, on 1560 today!

Lunch - nothing
Dinner/supper - beef wellington
Snack - currently eating this now - Brie, Stilton, blackberries, walnuts with honey.

A few bites leftover lentil curry soup

Pho, leaving behind most of the noodles

Tea with milk and sugar

A couple of gummy worms

Chicken, cider, barley casserole and a mixed salad

Snack 2 chocolate chip cookies
D (at Pub) prawn cocktail starter, chicken pasta.
Drinks Tea, squash, water and 2 Prosecco

Coffee for breakfast
glass of prosecco for lunch
got home from work at about 4pm, ravenous and had cheese and chutney on crusty bread and kettle chips.
Spag bol for dinner
chocolate brownie ice cream and cup of tea for snack

Very unusual day for me. Usually lots more fresh stuff and regular meals.

BF:Egg & bacon McMuffin, hash brown & toffee latte
Lunch: Nothing
Snacks: cupcake and midget gems
Dinner: anti pasto, pasta & dessert (restaurant)

It is Friday after all... this is not a normal or typical day for me btw lol.
