I'm obsessed with knowing what people have to eat/are going to eat. Breakfast I want to know, snacks, lunch, dinner it all. I don't know why I love the information - don't even want to make it myself just curious.

So dare I ask - what have you eaten?

B - banana berry oatmeal smoothie

L - spicy brown, red and wild rice with veg and pulses

D - homemade meatballs with pasta and tomato sauce

snack - frozen berries

B 2 slices seeded batch toast with butter and cherry jam.
L Bacon bagel
S mini pack of peanut m&m's
D Spinach and ricotta ravioli with spinach
S 2 chocolate digestive

That's the best day of eating I've had for a while!

B- weetabix and blueberries
L- corned beef and salad roll and a tangerine
D- fajitas with Costco’s madras lentils mixed with tomatoes, spinach and onions then baked in the oven. Served with carrots and broccoli. DS says it’s his favourite meal ever!

Several little dime bars through the day, from ikea.
Drinks- tea, coffee and water.

L - chicken breast and side salad (ate out)
D - Cuppa soup as I ran out of time to make anything and I’m going low carb so couldn’t do toast
S - berries

B: Peanut butter pretzel squares yum with dates
Lunch: homemade soup
Dinner: more soup, with marmite on toast

Snack/Drink: 4 polish lagers this evening & a vodka & coke Grin naughty

B - dippy eggs with a buttered muffin, I only eat the yolks though.
L - chicken salad sandwich on seeded bread with a packet of wotsits, cherry tomatoes and a nectarines.
D - Traybake with chicken thighs, tomatoes, potatoes, courgette, peppers and feta.

About 5 black coffees and a diet coke

6 cups of black coffee, water.

Dinner (yesterday): I made this "hunter's stew" (cabbage, sauerkrout and sausages plus chorizo; not everyone cuppa but my husband loves it)
breakfast (today, in bed): coffee and some white bread with smoked salmon
lunch will possibly be some salad (cucumber, lettuce, tomato, radish and mayonnaise). Maybe some ice cream later.
I don't eat a lot.

Today-
Strawberry, raspberries, banana and some water blitzed into a smoothie.
Small small roasted sweet potatoes with avocado and cherry tomato

Later- Apple and celery with cashew nut butter

dinner- just make a lentil and mushroom Bolognaise which I'll have with some cauliflower rice.

Yesterday was
B: coffee
L: chicken thighs with broccoli and roast tomato/feta/onion salad
Snack: coffee with cream
Dinner: spicy chicken casserole with onion, pepper, chicken, salsa and sour cream, topped with cheese Grin
Probably about 10 big glasses of water.
I eat low carb/keto so have my coffee with fats (cream, or butter with coconut oil in the morning) and don't eat breakfast.

Went for a run last night and I'm extra hungry today so have already skipped to early lunch: salad with roast chicken breast, a coffee and a boiled egg.

Love reading what other people eat too! All sounds so yummy Shock

B porridge with almond milk, seeds, bit of dried fruit couple of handfuls of blackberries, sprinkle of sugar

White coffee, 2 sugars, 2 bites of (homemade) sticky toffee pudding.

L will be leftover roast chicken with tikka paste and peppers in a wrap.

D undecided. Poss Thai salad and fish cakes (takeaway)

Snacks will be more sticky toffee pudding, full fat Greek yogurt that I freeze and mix with frozen bananas, peanut butter and golden syrup.

Probably a couple of bits of cheese and possibly a couple of spoons of salted caramel pecan ice cream. And a couple of homemade choc and nut cookies.

Poss another bowl of porridge.
I eat a lot, but small portions.

Am always low carb ish but I've weirdly developed a very sweet tooth in the last 6 months. I'm embracing it. Smile

B Bircher muesli with stewed blackberry and apple, almonds
L Vegetable soup
D Pasta with a mushroom mustard sauce.
S Pear
Drinks - 2 coffees, 3 Earl Grey tea, 2 Rooibos tea, about a pint of water

Granola, yogurt and blueberries for breakfast. Banana for snack. Homemade soup for lunch. Satsuma and cereal bar for snack.

But I'm going to turn over a new leaf right now, ( when the M&S salted caramel walnut whips are finished obvs)

I too am endlessly fascinated by other people's dinners.

Today I had:

Breakfast - pot of skyr and a banana
Lunch - M&S prawn sandwich, some weird M&S crisps made out of quinoa or something
Dinner - beef, chilli and vegetable stir-fry with noodles and katsu curry stir-fry sauce
Snacks - none, although I've had about eight cups of tea (semi-skimmed milk, no sugar) and two Diet Cokes

Yesterday I had:

Breakfast: Protein yogurt
Lunch: Ham and peanut butter sandwich on seeded bread
Dinner: Soft-boiled eggs and Marmite soldiers (DP was out and I felt like having a childish tea)
Snacks: Banana, protein shake, Tunnock's Caramel Wafer, four cups of tea, a Diet Coke

Today
B: Marmite on toast. Tomatoes.
L: Peanut butter pretzels & dates.
D: Made a vegan curry, had on a mix of red/normal quinoa.
S: Something similar to a naked bar.

Drank lots of water, herbal tea, a morning berocca, & an afternoon black coffee.

Was feeling the effects of yesterdays Polish lagers..... Blush

Granola and blackberries, full fat milk. 2 cups of rooibos tea.

Cup of real tea.
Pumpkin latte.

Kale and quinoa salad. Chocolate digestive.

2 more cups of rooibos.

Sausage & mash with peas & onion gravy.
Oreo brownie (after school baking with dc) and ice cream.
Big glass of water.

Maybe a glass of wine in front of the TV later Wine

No lunch

Small chicken pie, few chips, lots of broccoli, sweet corn and carrots! Gravy!

I am shattered and plan on crumpets and maybe peanut butter when baby is in bed

Toast, coffee and an apple for breakfast.

I forgot about lunch.

Toffee crisp at about 3pm

Dinner will be a quick pasta in a tomatoey sauce made with whatever vegetables are in the fridge and maybe some pancetta if nobody has used it up, because I really can't be arsed today. I will probably cover it in fuckloads of cheese.
