I'm obsessed with knowing what people have to eat/are going to eat. Breakfast I want to know, snacks, lunch, dinner it all. I don't know why I love the information - don't even want to make it myself just curious.

So dare I ask - what have you eaten?

I went out to lunch and had chicken breast with ham and cheese, herb croquette potatoes, green beans, chantenay carrots and broccoli. Followed by steamed lemon pudding with lemon sauce and custard. Consequently I had just a bowl of soup this evening. Cully & Sully pea and mint. I love it and have it quite a lot. I may soon develop a greenish tinge. 😂

Porridge with blueberries for breakfast
Vegetable soup for lunch
Banana
Grapes
Chargrilled vegetable pasta bake for dinner/tea/supper (delete as appropriate)
Lots of water and black coffee....am toying with the idea of an iced spiced bun as a smackerel of something before bed 😋

B- glass of prune juice (pregnant & constipated)
L- chicken soup and wotsits
D- 2 toast, 1 peanut butter, 1 marmite
Afternoon snack was watermelon and dried apricots.

Also 2 cups of tea , glass of OJ, 1 peppermint tea and about 3 pints squash throughout day

I'm always ashamed on these threads by how much more I eat than others. Here we go..
Breakfast. Rice cakes with avocado, coffee
Lunch. Pork chops, home made chips, roasted tomatoes. Another coffee.
Good start. Now it goes tits up (like every day)
2nd plate of same lunch.
Crunchie ice cream
Packet of quavers
Pizza express for dinner - double dough ball starter plus lasagne main.

Snack:Three nature valley almond butter cup biscuit things
Lunch: canteen lasagne and a banana
Dinner: cottage pie
Lots of cups of tea. Resisting any more snacking.

Two cups of tea
Lunch: Ham and pickle sandwich, packet of cheese and onion hoola hoops, 8 Jaffa cakes
Snack: 2 more Jaffa cakes, triangle of Toblerone
Tea: tuna pasta bake

D 1/2 stuffed pepper, 2 Quorn Sausages and a fried egg.

B- Porridge with cacoa and cherries, blue berries, banana, chia, flax seed and Greek yoghurt.

S: 2 plums and couple dried apricots.

L: beans on whole meal toast.

D: Beef stew with cabbage, green beans and black beans.

1.5 litres water. Cup of tea

Whole bag of southern fried veggie chicken nuggets with lots of mayonnaise
2 tea cakes with lots of butter, one toasted one raw, just to pep things up a bit
Some marshmallows
Mashed potato and courgettes
I must must must start healthy eating

Seems like a lot but I workout every morning so I feel it’s balanced 😊

Breakfast: 2 egg mini omelette with homemade salsa & Quorn Smokey “Ham”, decaf coffee
Snack: Watermelon juice & Naked Bar
Lunch: Root Veg & Kidney Bean Stew
Snack: Hummus & sliced pepper
Supper: Quorn fillet with beetroot leaves, avocado & red onion with balsamic & extra virgin olive oil dressing & glass of red wine.

B: bowl of granola
L: jacket spud with tuna mayo and salad
T: 1 cheese & onion bap, 3 rice cakes with low fat cheese spread, handful of wasabi bites and carrot sticks.
No snacks today (rare) but several cups of tea and coffee and about a gallon of water. Oh no, hang on, I had a banana and a few dry roasted peanuts. And two pints and a glass of red wine. I was doing so well.

Snack - dark choc rice cakes
Lunch - soup + bagel + bakewell slice
Dinner - went out for dinner, chicken main and a pudding

Todays haul:

  • lunch was a felafel and houmous wrap, bag of crisps and diet coke
  • 2 coffees
  • for dinner pasta with meatballs in creamy paprika and garlic sauce
  • an apple

We went nuts and had a Chinese for tea (dinner) I ordered a beef curry with egg fried rice. I'm now munching on nice biscuits which my maine-coon kitten is helping me with Grin

Afternoon: cup of tea
Dinner: chilli and rice. Glass of red wine.

Lunch : chicken mushroom soup, bread and butter
Snack: toast and jam
Dinner: planned to have lamb chops mash and peas. But life happened. Actually had pittas humus olives and crisps.
