I'm obsessed with knowing what people have to eat/are going to eat. Breakfast I want to know, snacks, lunch, dinner it all. I don't know why I love the information - don't even want to make it myself just curious.

So dare I ask - what have you eaten?

Breakfast: 3 spoons of nutella and an espresso

Lunch: 2 small masala dosas with pumpkin dal and an espresso

Afternoon tea: bircher museli soaked in almond milk with apple on top and an espresso

Breastfeeding 3 month old, voraciously hungry and very tired, hence all the coffee.

Love the question OP, I am so curious about this stuff too

@skybluee
What would we do without oats they really are a lifesaver. Hope u are ok x
Have you ever tried them with salt like how the Scots have them? Surpisingly nice. You can also add some oats to enrich & thicken a soup.

Thank you all for this enlightenment and very grateful my capital letters drew you in 24 hours later I shall also reveal todays food.

Breakfast - One crumpet (generous amount of butter) with an iced americano
Drink - Iced americano from work
Lunch - Homemade soup
Snack - turns out soup doesn't make you feel full by 3pm so another iced americano, and a bourbon biscuit
Snack - why so many snacks?? On arrival home a piece of leftover chicken, stood right in front of the fridge
Dinner - Vegetable pasta bake

Now its 7:30 so maybe some dark chocolate and a glass of wine in the bath is calling my name.
