I'm obsessed with knowing what people have to eat/are going to eat. Breakfast I want to know, snacks, lunch, dinner it all. I don't know why I love the information - don't even want to make it myself just curious.

So dare I ask - what have you eaten?

Breakfast (at 1pm) Yogurt w/ muesli, strawberries, apple & nuts.

2 coffee's, one black & one with coconut dairy free milk.

Fuck tonne of water.

Dinner Pasta w/ vegan pesto, grated cheese, vegetables & some orange juice.

Tonight

Bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes and a bag of wheat crunchies.

My dad is in hospital and not in a good way so I was late home and frankly couldn’t be arsed.

Overnight oats with berries and chia seeds

Quinoa and black bean salad

Veggie sausages, roast potatoes, broccoli, sweet corn.

Vegan cookies and a cup of decaf tea before bed

Drinks: loads of MiWadi squash, preggo at the moment so dreaming of wine.

Breakfast 1: 4.30am Coffee and a banana

Snack: 7am Apple, watermelon and pineapple slices and a glass of orange juice

Breakfast 2: 10am Coffee and 2 slices of toast, loads of butter and a nuttella muffin

Lunch: 12.30pm Kebab meat wrap with salad (I'm a chef and this was staff lunch today)

Snack: 2.30pm Glass of Coke, small packet of crisps

Dinner: Spag Bol (lots of hidden veg for the kids)

Snack: Salted Caramel matchsticks (grudgingly shared with DH and the kids)

About 3 pints of water throughout the day at work and another glass of Coke with dinner.

20g peanut butter and half a medium banana

Lunch :
miso soup with some noodles, pak choi and prawns

Dinner :
Butterfly chicken breast with a tomato sauce and mozzarella topping, broccoli and mangetout

Breakfast - Apple, black coffee, glass of orange juice

Lunch - Ham and cheese baguette, crisps and a chocolate brownie

Afternoon snack - A pear

Dinner - Spaghetti bolognese

Evening snack - chocolate mousse, three chocolate biscuits and a decaf coffee

*I'm still breastfeeding DS who's nearly 8 months and this is my first week back at work so I'm constantly starving!! Blush

Breakfast: avocado, tomato, mozzarella with mixed seeds

Lunch: nectarine, rocket, baby leaves

Supper: courgette, feta and dill fritters with Cucumber and yoghurt sauce.

A cup of tea then 2 coffees.
A fig
A peach
Greek Yoghurt with maple syrup

Leftover green beans with Parma ham and mozzarella.
2 cupcakes (homemade buckwheat weird ones as have allergies )
Dark chocolate buttons (lots)
Apple juice
Tomato soup
Chicken curry
A pack of oat biscuits

Breakfast - a banana
Lunch - a chicken and cucumber roll, a yoghurt, some pineapple rings
Snack - an apple and a small jam wrap as leftovers from tea with the children at work!
Dinner - spaghetti and meatballs
Pudding - a double raspberry magnum Grin

Omg I just invented something amazing! We’re defrosting the freezer and have to use everything as you do - I have just made potato waffle rarebit!
Cooked the waffles in oven, made the rarebit sauce, drizzled over a stack of diagonally layered waffles then grilled under grill for a few minutes - very pleased with myself 😏

Breakfast - toast and butter
Lunch - banana bread

Drinks - 2 cups of tea and water

B: MOMA porridge pot
Mid-morning boiled egg
Pre-lunch cupcake - sort of coerced as it was to celebrate finishing a project. I thought as I was eating it that it was rubbish and a waste of calories...
L: Lidl pea crisps things and a babybel
D: Brocolli soup and a slice of sourdough; delicious and recipe made loads so lots left for lunches.
Pre-bed peppermint tea and square of very dark chocolate.

Breakfast: coffee

Lunch: burritos (our cheapo recipe; tin chili, microwave rice, grated cheese, all in white wraps mmm)

Dinner: nothing

10-11pmish: I'll likely have chicken chow mein from the Chinese my DH is working for in the evenings - he gets a £5 dish free every night

We've just moved house and are skint... I miss real food (but still love the cheap and free stuff Grin )

No breakfast - just black tea

Lunch: smoked salmon salad with chickpeas and avocado, then some plain Greek yoghurt with passion fruit and a dollop of peanut butter stirred in

Snack: apple

Dinner: chicken, vegetable and lentil curry with basmati rice

Breakfast - toast with marmite, 2 cups of coffee.
Lunch - scampi and chips, a peroni.
Snacks - greek yoghurt with honey, a bit of chocolate/peanut butter shortbread. Diet Coke x 3.

Not a great day but I was out with the dog for about three hours taking him for a walk/run on the beach!

Snack: Rainbow ice-cream (kids fault it was forced on me Grin)

B: was late for a meeting so grabbed a can of rhubarb and apple spritz stuff. Then had porridge packet mid morning

L: crushed potatoes topped with avocado, poached egg and hollandaise (at cafe, not home made!)

S: a few celebrations in the office.

D: 3 oatcakes and cheddar, 1 slice spelt sourdough with marmite. 50/50 white wine spritzer (with spring water)
