It's absolutely heart breaking. How can you hurt such an innocent little being. His mother should've also been sentenced for manslaughter. I'd kill anyone who tried to harm a hair on my baby.

PumpkinP · 02/09/2019 20:52

I read about this at the time I think it was posted on here. It’s so so awful, I don’t understand how anyone could be so evil.

Soubriquet · 02/09/2019 20:56

Good

Glad he finally went down

And the mother is useless putting her man above her son

BlueEyedEagle · 02/09/2019 21:01

This story has upset me so much as poor little Alfie looks so much like my 3 year old son. Every time I see his innocent little face I cry.

How could anyone feel the need to hurt a child like this!

Both adults needed to be locked up for life and punished accordingly.

RIP little Alfie. I hope you are somewhere safe and at peace now x

CoolCarrie · 02/09/2019 21:05

Bastards,is all I can say. Poor wee soul

EmmiJay · 02/09/2019 21:08

Its so terribly sad and it angers me so much that the mother was right there and did nothing. They both should be locked up for life in dark rooms.

InsertFunnyUsername · 02/09/2019 21:08

Scum of the earth. I hope they suffer for the rest of their lives.

JoxerGoesToStuttgart · 02/09/2019 21:08

If the mother tolerated that what else had she tolerated him doing to her child prior to his murder?

mrsmuddlepies · 02/09/2019 21:11

Neither of them must ever be allowed access to children ever again, no matter how 'remorseful' they pretend to be.

LazyFace · 02/09/2019 21:13

I've never asked for this but could you not have put a trigger warning in the title?

RosemarysBush · 02/09/2019 21:14

I started to read the bbc page earlier but got upset and stopped. Horrific.

slashlover · 02/09/2019 21:19

Do you really think someone is going to say YABU?

Teddy1970 · 02/09/2019 21:19

Awful, just awful, why are there so many women who put men before their children? I will never understand it.

womenspeakout · 02/09/2019 21:21

How did he get such a small sentence? He killed him.

InsertFunnyUsername · 02/09/2019 21:29

Not to be arsey but the OPs title states this content is unbearably cruel...

jadeyfly · 02/09/2019 21:32

Any clicky link please? One in op isn't working for me

TheYeaSayer · 02/09/2019 21:33

How did he get such a small sentence?

He hasn’t been sentenced yet. Hopefully when he is, it will reflect the sheer horror of his utter barbarism.

I have no words for that poor boy. I just couldn't even read it.

Women who enable these men should be compulsorily sterilised. She will come out, met another waster and have more kids that will be dragged up in utter fucking misery.

Ginger1982 · 02/09/2019 21:39

Disgusting. Evil bitch who didn't protect her own little boy. Hope she gets a good kicking inside.

Quirrelsotherface · 02/09/2019 21:39

Some people are born evil and this 'man' is one of them. You can see it in his dead eyes.

JoxerGoesToStuttgart · 02/09/2019 21:40

why are there so many women who put men before their children? I will never understand it.

Me either. I think they must have had no decent parent themselves and only know abuse and neglect.

Lizzylozzy444 · 02/09/2019 21:41

Absolutely vile. What an evil and twisted creature. How can a mother sit and watch this?? She's as evil as him

JoxerGoesToStuttgart · 02/09/2019 21:42

No-one is born evil, it’s a choice, or series of choices to do what they do. Babies and children aren’t evil. Let’s place blame where it belongs- with the person, rather than some invisible force.

transformandriseup · 02/09/2019 21:43

In this case I think the mother is as bad as he was. She did nothing while the boy was crying for her to help him. All because her boyfriend was more important.
