Begging for some advice on how to get our house to sell... I need a miracle.

We have been trying to sell our house since April. The bloody thing is taking forever. I am beyond impatient now and don't know what the heck to do... I want our house to sell ASAP.

Side note: House is on at £550,000.
We've had 3 buyers. All chains collapsed.
6 offers between £543,000 and 575,000.

Reduced the house to £550,000 from 575,000. Thinking of reducing again to £535,000 but EA saying wait.

The house across the road sold in 3 days!

Changed EA once as well... apparently the house is perfect, neutral colours, tidy, clean... etc.

HELP ME...

You need to put a link up as a pp said. But I've a friend who is going through this, I suspect it's because a lot of new builds are being built near her.

You won’t post link so you can’t get any meaningful advice.

Everyone said the market will pick up once school is back as the serious buyers will want to be in for Christmas.

I’m not trying to be a dick, but what do you want from this thread?

Without a link the only advice anyone can give is

  1. reduce the price or
  2. wait it out

@Bluntness100 because nothing good ever comes from it. There's nothing I can change about the house, I've had 6 offers on it! It's more about the chains keep breaking and what's happening with the market that I wanted advice on Sad

I've seen people be torn apart because it's too small, the garden is too small, the bedrooms are on different floors, no attic, next to a school etc... nothing that can be changed. My EA thinks the house is great and just a matter of time. I'm just being very impatient.

It’s a fact housing market slows down .... if you don’t want to take your EA advice - why bother having an agent ?? Either do what he suggests or just list it yourself ... no point paying fees and not taking their advice ... have you been advised why chain has collapsed each time ?

Yes, it's other people's chains collapsing. Everyone who has tried to buy still wants to buy but is now trying to sell
