Bf slapped mentee’s bum

I’ve seen pictures of my bf’s end of term work do on face book. He is a deputy head. In one picture he seems to have one hand on the bum of a younger female NQT he is responsible for. He says he slapped her bum while dancing. The picture is on the dance floor. How would you react?

Having been a deputy head, I’d say his behaviour is dreadful. Unprofessional, sleazy and disrespectful to you.

I'd be very upset if that were my dh. I would probably go as far as ltb as it would make me wonder wtf else he'd been up to all the times he's gone out etc he comes across as a right creep and imo he should be worried

I think it's valid to consider whether it was consensual. I had an affair in a similar situation a few years ago, with someone 10 years older who was a mentor at work. I initiated it and it was 100% consensual. But I was 29 and already in a fairly senior role, so I realise I was probably a lot more confident than a presumably 22-year-old NQT.

Anyway, even if it was consensual, it was cheating. You're not married and you have no kids. Just leave.
