Can't be be done for Section 5 offences? Does he not work? He seems to be there on a permanent. Free speech is all very well, but it's driving me mad!

*love Steve Bray, yes he's crowd funded and rents a flat just around the corner from Smog!

Oh shutup ! does he really that is hilarious

SummerSeasoning · 25/07/2019 16:10

probably zonk.

If this was his thread I would not say it to him as i don't think its relevant to him what I think and I would cot choose to impose my views onto him.

We all have our own personal style and no doubt its doing him the power of good to have found his mission, however intrusively irritating I and others find it .

longwayoff · 25/07/2019 16:11

Ouch, his throat must hurt by now. He's become a National Institution, we'll probably have to keep him forever.

SummerSeasoning · 25/07/2019 16:14

Like a Westminster Town Crier, now they are irritating to the ears.

FudgeBrownie2019 · 25/07/2019 16:18

I love him. There's something very reassuring about watching all those crevices being interviewed incessantly with him yelling about Brexit over and over in the background.

Heshimiracle · 25/07/2019 16:22

crevices being interviewed incessantly with him yelling about Brexit over not sure what crevices is a typo for but it made me laugh!

longwayoff · 25/07/2019 16:23

I'm going to try to get a Preservation Order compelling him to remain in place Grin

NoBaggyPants · 25/07/2019 16:36

Without protest most of us would never have had a vote.

Many found the Suffragettes to be annoying and pointless too.

SummerSeasoning · 25/07/2019 16:39

I think I could counter that Suffragists and everyday women working during WW1 played major parts.

Laiste · 25/07/2019 16:39

I think the heat is making me slightly hysterical but i just snorted my drink out of my nose at 'crevices' LOL

user1491678180 · 25/07/2019 16:45

And everyone knows who he is, and we are all talking about him.

Correct.

Saying 'we all know who is he now' is really not a very good argument IS it? Wink

As I said (and some others said,) he is a pointless twit, who is achieving fuck-all, and like the rest of the pathetic 'protesters' he needs to get a job. Lazy, pointless, entitled pillocks. All of them.

FaFoutis · 25/07/2019 16:46

He's great, particularly when there's an MP being interviewed who goes on about 'the people' all wanting parliament to 'deliver brexit'.

Mrsjayy · 25/07/2019 16:56

Good god a man protesting about Brexit and i terrupting afew tv interviews is a billion miles from your list user don't be an arsehole!

TuesdaySunshine · 25/07/2019 16:59

I would cot choose to impose my views onto him.

I don't understand why you would see expressing your views as an imposition.

If you're not willing to express your views you run the risk that your silence will be taken as consent. Perhaps you're OK with that but lots of people aren't, and actually it's not reasonable to hope that your views will be taken into account if you keep them to yourself.

SummerSeasoning · 25/07/2019 17:06

It was in the context of me expressing my opinion freely on this thread and being told what his reaction would likely be. (It is a hot day after all so I went with the hypothetical scenario.)

Like I'd want to have a set to with a megaphone wielder.

What British person thinks silence is consent? We are mostly a nation of virtually silent tutters fgs! To misjudge the room like that is the problem with most of Twitter based politicos and election predictors nowadays, lol.

Knittedjimmychoos · 25/07/2019 17:39

klaxon

Sky news, GLOCKS on the go Grin

SummerSeasoning · 25/07/2019 17:55

Just heard Glockenspiel.

Love it. Very ambient.

MolyHolyGuacamole · 25/07/2019 17:57

I look forward to his shouting. He was gone for a while and I missed it 😂 I wish they would interview him. He sometimes does a song

Akire · 25/07/2019 18:01

The music is so loud! It’s on all news channels it’s like MP have a phone constantly ringing in their pocket, it’s so off putting when listening.

Knittedjimmychoos · 25/07/2019 18:02

GLOCKS... If I were a rich man.. Tra la la la laa,

MadamePompadour · 25/07/2019 18:03

Ive never seen Glockenspiel man, I need to watch Sky!

Mrsjayy · 25/07/2019 18:06

Ive just heard Glokman on the scottish news Grin

notangelinajolie · 25/07/2019 18:24

I don't mind the background music - I find it calming a bit like wind chimes with a tune. I have absolutely no idea what they are protesting - or perhaps they just want to entertain us.

I think the shouty man is rude for shouting when people are trying to speak. I'm not entirely sure what he is shouting but I doubt his vocal chords will hold out much longer. I hope he is being paid well for it.

JayWayney · 25/07/2019 18:40

Thank heavens for all the Stand Of Defiance European Movement crew at Westminster. They and Steve have inspired many and encouraged and supported our politicians who have been intimidated by the assumption that the country as a whole held the leaver mentality.

They have been there through snow and blizzards, attacks by leaver thugs and I do mean attacks, and are an example to all of us to keep fighting against the right wing coup that is brexit. I go when I can, as do many. The sight of the group from Yorkshire marching up from Westminster, flyingtheir flags with white roses, singing and with brass instruments was a very special day.

Brexit isn't going well, it's not a done deal and the presense at Westminster tells the world that Remainers are here to stay.

JayWayney · 25/07/2019 18:41

Oh, the glockenspeil man has nothing to do with SODEM
