It's a start; but since nobody seems to have the least idea who owns what guns in America,

Asking I live in a 'Red Flag' state. Here it's only immediately family and law enforcement who can petition to have guns taken away although it's there's a proposed expansion to include employers, co-workers, and certain educators. Basically, if a judge approves the order, the police can go in and search and seize any/all guns they find. They don't just rely on someone to be 'honest' and turn in their guns.

I actually looked into this law regarding our abusive Trumpy friend as I felt he was a real danger to his wife (my BFF). That's when I found out that only immediate family could file for a Red Flag Order. I guess I understand, but in most abusive situations the family would probably be too scared to do it.

cozie the name of the show is a play on the host's name with the (somewhat archaic) slang term 'Joe' for coffee. "Morning Joe" = morning coffee. I guess Morning Joe & Mika just doesn't have the same 'ring' to it.

This idiot sums up everything that is wrong about the US right now. Conservatives eat this right up without question. The lack of critical thought concerns me most, along with narrow right-wing media consumption that is little more than ‘spectacle’ disguised as ‘journalism’.

Democrats do not “hate America”, but those that read this tweet go on to repeat this line ad verbatim until it is invariably associated with them. Kirk and others of his ilk coordinate their tweets so the subject matter aligns, flooding Twitter with the same content at the same time to the same people. In doing so, they create what we have today.

His speeches are gradually sounding more and more slurred and nonsensical . Maybe he's slipping the leash on his handlers and they're starting to use pharmaceuticals to bring him to heel. Or maybe he's just an idiot.

When DH and I read the article on his rambling, incoherent speech we had to pick our jaws up off the floor, it was so crazy.
