Why shouldn't she be happy BoJo is PM? After all, the nut doesn't fall far from the tree. She's just as avaricious and greedy as her dad.

Probably looking at all the under the table business that's going to come her way as a result of the 'special relationship' between Daddy and BoJo.

yolofish · 23/07/2019 18:44

perhaps a United Kingston is a good thing??

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · 23/07/2019 19:42

It does seem a little sad that she apparently can't spell "Kingdom".

PerkingFaintly · 23/07/2019 19:48

So that's Boris Johndom, new head of the Jamaican footie team United Kingston, yes?

Roussette · 23/07/2019 20:03

This is encouraging..

Also Mueller's long term aide will appear alongside him and Republicans don't like that one little bit

OMG, I didn't even notice her typo. She obviously doesn't have anyone vetting her tweets. Or they're just as stupid as she is!

AcrossthePond55 · 23/07/2019 20:11

DH keeps reminding me not to get my hopes up re Mueller. We've been excited about testimony before only to either have it be a big nothing-burger or for there to be no followup action.

But we've got the auto tune set to CNN and alarms set for 5.30am tomorrow anyway. But we're not putting the champagne on ice like last time. Instead we're putting the Gin & juice on the sideboard.

Roussette · 23/07/2019 20:31

Good move Across. I had to have a Gin and tonic at 4pm in the hot garden today. Last time I did that so early was when Brexit vote came in

He'd need qualifications for that. Unlike for PM of the disUnited Kingdom.

Lweji · 23/07/2019 21:44

Be thankful she didn't say President.

Btw, wasn't Boris quite critical of the last "go back home" by Trump? Or did they manage to hide that on Fox?

Whosorrynow · 23/07/2019 22:21

Oohh Epstein and Deutsche Bank, lots of links with trump there...

cozietoesie · 23/07/2019 23:55

Here you all go. NBC News.

cozietoesie · 24/07/2019 00:01

With added Comey. Smile

TheClaws · 24/07/2019 01:45

I can sum this up as: Russia flies mystery mission over South Korea, gets fired at, China swoops in to support Russia, everyone gets fired at again, and nobody knows why.

Russia and China?

cozietoesie · 24/07/2019 03:15

Dear Goodness.

Lweji · 24/07/2019 07:28

Russia and China?

Is that surprising? They've been plotting together in that region for ages.
NK didn't get nuclear tech by accident or from China and China have been protecting the NK regime for ages.

TheClaws · 24/07/2019 08:08

Lweji totally agree. If any war occurs in that region, it will be Russia/China/NK/plus an assortment of other small countries allied. A look at KCNA - the North Korean state news page - today shows Chinese, Russian, Egyptian and Venezuelan officials visiting the country, and as a frequent visitor to that page, that’s not unusual. Occasionally they get Philippine officials, sometimes Cuban. However, mostly it’s Russian and Chinese. Rarely do South Koreans visit, or if they do, it isn’t reported. Japan is lambasted frequently and thoroughly on KCNA.

To me, this points to clear alliances with Russia and China, a hatred for Japan, and a deep distrust for rest of the Western world. I don’t see this changing in a hurry.

Roussette · 24/07/2019 11:28

What to expect from today...

A joint incursion from Russia and China seems a step up from last year's military exercises and those other dealings ... more calculated somehow.
