A male identifying as a woman is suing 16 mainly immigrant women who work from home as beauticians because they only provide brazilian waxing services for females.

Many others have settled out of court for a quiet life.

AIBU to think that no-one working from home in a vulnerable situation as these women are should be forced to wax the genitals of anyone they don't feel comfortable waxing?

No woman, vulnerable - religious - married - or otherwise, should be forced to handle penises if they don't want to. End of.

Yanbu - it's not a human right to have your balls waxed.
The skin is different so she won't have the correct training.
There will be places that wax male genitalia but JY chooses people who are unable to.

For someone who wants to be accepted as a woman they're making it very publicly known that they have male genitalia. Is this part of the "women have penises too, ya know" rhetoric?

It is incredible that this has even got to court. It is blindingly obvious that no woman should be forced to touch a penis against her will. How have we got to a place where this is forgotten?!?

That person is vile... read that awful stuff about them going into a changing room and saying what should they do if someone asks for a tampon and asking if you see people walking around with strings hanging out and all kinds of deranged stuff... it was really disturbing. They should not be allowed to behave like this.

I think there should be enough evidence of this person's abusive and predatory behaviour for the court to find in favour of the beautician. This is clearly an abusive individual, not any kind of brave freedom fighter (and I expect there are a lot of transwomen feeling that JY has just made it a lot more difficult for them to get a wax if they want one.)
